Dr.Nelson is AMAZING!!! So is all of the staff at Signature Smiles!!! I went to a dental office that was in network for my insurance and they had three cavities filled in about 15 to 20 minutes max. I was concerned because when Dr.Nelson takes care of your teeth he gives the time and attention they need to be close to perfection. So I went to his office because I was upset and he got me right in and took a look. One of my fillings had already popped off within 5 minutes of getting it at the other office and on a different filling it had bubbled which in the future can create a cavity if not closely monitored. I have since learned that even though they are in network and cheeper, it does not mean that they are going to give you the same care that Signature Smiles will give you. If you want someone who cares about you and your teeth 100%, I RECOMMEND SIGNATURE SMILES TO EVERYONE!!!

This is the greatest place EVER! I have been going to Dr. Nelson for over 3 years and he is amazing! The staff is wonderful! They make you feel more like you are part of the family rather than going to the "scary dentists office". The atmosphere and environment are great! The spa touch is wonderful! I get excited to go to the dentist because I get to sit in a massage chair with a warm scented neck wrap, watching a movie of my choice all while getting dental work done!! He is friendly while still being professional and you can tell he knows what he is doing! His staff is wonderful too! Everything together makes going to Dr. Nelsons office the PERFECT experience. Its how dentistry SHOULD be! I would recommend him to ANYONE!! AMAZING!

My family & I LOVE Dr. Nelson and his professional staff! We travel all the way from Las Vegas to Utah to get our dental work done. Im happy to put in the extra effort to go to Signature Smiles. Their level of professionalism and work are WAY above the other dentists weve tried. Their office is so state-of-the-art that you feel like youre in a relaxing spa instead of getting your cavaties filled. Speaking of spa, Ive had several services done in their spa. I think I could use a facial or pedicure from them every couple of weeks!! Too bad we live so far away. I would recommend them to anyone in or around the UT area. They are the best!

I had not been to a dentist in 20 years until today! My husband has been a raving fan of Dr. Nelson for years and slowly worked at my phobia caused by a horrible dentist in my teens. After a full cleaning and checkup, Im happy to report that I survived! I only have 3 little cavities to come back and fill, but Im sure itll be a breeze. From massage dental chairs, to aromatherapy, to awesome Chapstick, Signature Smiles is more like a spa than a dental office. Ill definitely be a regular visitor!

I am always impressed by their professional service, the options available for your specific dental situation, and honesty. Fabulous! Dr. Nelson and his team provide very high quality service. I am always greeted by name. They make me feel important and like Im their only patient. Larilyn the hygienist, is very caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. Never had a better cleaning in my life. I like how they really explain whats going to happen and they make sure I am comfortable. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson to all my friends and family.

These guys will turn your 100% of insurance coverage into only 80%. When I informed them that my insurance covers me at 100% for their treatment, they said "That is only 100% of what the insurance company says we charge". Apparently, they go over the allowed amount of coverage, which in turn, sticks the patient with overages. Makes no sense to me or my insurance company. BEWARE unless you want to see a suprise bill.

Dr. Nelson your hygienist Larilyn is the best. I have had my teeth cleaned by others in the past and Larilyn treats you like she would her own family. She is thorough. She wants your teeth to be perfectly clean and to prevent you from getting cavities. I love having clean healthy teeth. I love being able to come in for extra "just cleanings". You are the BEST dentist!

I will never go anywhere else!! I actually love going to the dentist!! Dr Nelson and his staff are courteous and professional. I really like the massage in the dental chair when I am getting any dental work done. This office goes above and beyond for their patients. Thanks Dr Nelson!! We went to their day spa. Due to an internet issue our reservation was lost, the team at Signature Smiles was able to get us in regardless. The spa itself was so beautiful, the staff was amazing. I will continue to come back to this spa again and again!

Very relaxing experience. Staff made you feel very comfortable with cleaning process. The staff also went out of their way to educate you about your teeth and how to brush and floss properly. Definitely will be going back!
