I called on a Monday around noon to schedule an appointment as soon as possible since i had to come on a 1 month vacation that following Saturday.. They were able to get me in the next day (Tuesday at 5) for my consultation. I am not proud of the fact that I showed up 15 minutes late plus I still had to fill out all the paperwork and by the time I did all of that they were going to be closing in about 20 min. Vanessa got me to the back quickly, took all X-Rays and Check up necessary. She was very very sweet, quick and professional! By this time it was already 25 minutes after they closed but never once made me feel uncomfortable for keeping them late. Probably not something you guys need to know but I had 13 Cavities and hadnt had a cleaning in about 12 years. So before I left that night Ronda the receptionist showed me my bill for all the deep cleaning and fillings I needed and I didnt think it was bad at all.. she still took the time to go over their financing options with me and waited for me to fill out an application, submitted it and waited for the approval. She let me use her computer to print out my banking info and this whole time she was super sweet to me and never once made me feel rushed. She also took the time to schedule me for my future appointment that following Friday at 7 AM so that all my cavities could be removed, fillings and cleaning would get done.. all before I left on vacation that Saturday. I left the office that night around 7:30 PM, WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 6 PM!!!! and all thanks to Rondas hospitality and great service! So Friday I came in at 7 AM and Dr. Linda took me to the back she did the cleaning and I had absolutely NO PAIN and it was very quick for all the cleaning she had to do but not too quick for me to feel like she didnt do her job right because she did!!!

Thank you to the awesome staff at Bright Now for helping my daughter so quickly and efficiently! We were out of town on the 4th of July when she started to get an extremely painful and constant toothache. We raced home and, the very next morning, I called Bright Now to help. We had not ever been seen here before and, not only did they accept our insurance and take us in as new patients, but they got us in the very same day to help my daughter. It was wonderful customer service, the doctor was kind and so helpful, and he was able to end my daughters painful toothache right then and there by treating the problem tooth so that we did not have to come back another day. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service and emergency treatment on my daughters tooth even though we were brand new patients! I will definitely be back, myself, to get touch-ups on my own teeth!

I have had three or four visits so far and every time I have been to the office they have not only been on time but pleasant and very informative. My first visit they did a whole work up of what I needed done and help me prioritize what was best for me and also how to get the most out of my insurance benefits to pay out. My second visit was for a root canal- I have had one before not pleasant experience yrs ago in another practice and state- this time is was painless, they fit me for my crown and placed a temp crown until my permenant crown came in... the experience was great... no complaints at all... once my daughter New the treatment I received and New there was no complaints she scheduled her own appointment!!! The staff are all very personable and knowledgeable ! I diffently recommend Bright Now!!!

Worst customer service! where do I start? Lets see: ALWAYS misquoting me on the prices. And its crazy, when I schedule the appointment, its one price and when I come in? Its another price and its way more expensive too! My new crown? still hurts. its been 2 months. But I am sure thats normal, right? My youngest child? needed 2 teeth pulled as recommended by the orthodontist. They refused to pull them until they did ANOTHER EXAM (and charged for it) instead of calling the ortho for confirmation. Rude to my husband, wont let either of us be back there when our youngest is having work done - wont let him be with me when I am having a panic attack - and RUDELY kicked him out of the room.

Im only doing two stars and thats for the dental assistants who were just amazing. I was in so much pain and they understood that. The dentist was absolutely rude. Didnt ask questions nothing just looked at the X-rays and huffing at them. Puts a video on and that was that. Yeah very professional. The surgeon was just the same not a people person. Thanks for working on my teeth and all but I will never return to the dentist office. Also want to recognize desiree at the Avondale location. She was just amazing booking my appointment even over the phone you can tell she truly cared.

The staff are always wonderful and willing to accommodate you the best way they can. They are a busy location. They have made mistakes, understand they are human and they always find a way to correct it and apologise. I do recommend the Orthodontist and Linda Carney along with other Dental hygienist and oral surgeon at this location. They have been great to me and my family. I would come back. They go above and beyond to accommodate and provide great customer service along with the front office staff. Thank you to all of you and what you do.

I come to Bright Now for my general and Ortho work. The staff is always polite and friendly! They always do a great job at explaining all treatment & are always offering great deals! Dr. Huynh is awesome, I did not even feel my shot when he numbed me up for some fillings. Also, Dr. Barakat my orthodontist is amazing! She is very detailed & makes me feel very comfortable keeping me in the loop with how my treatment is coming along. All in all Ill im very happy with my experience here. Ive referred many friends and family :)

We came to bright now dental for a consultation with Dr Barracat. From the moment she walked in the room she made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable, she answered all her questions and got her into braces that day. We have been very happy with the progress of my daughters teeth. Dr Barracat is an awesome orthodontist and will/have recommended her to our family and friends. I wish I could rate my first and only visit to this place, zero stars. The assistants were friendly, however the dentist was completely rude to my fiance and I from the moment we met. He flat out refused to perform a service I had previously done. Was so arrogant about his "45 years in dentistry" when I questioned him. (He didnt look a day over 42). Maybe if he learned to be polite I would have came back for my implant. Now I will be looking elsewhere.
