When I first started coming here I would have rated them a five star. But after the last six months I have done nothing but fight with them and my insurance company. My daughter who is six years old had a filling come out that had been done less than 3 months prior to the filling falling out while flossing. I called to make an appointment to get the tooth fixed and they refused me because they claimed I owed them money. I did not owe them a dime it was just a simple misunderstanding with the insurance company, they had told me the only way to get her in was to fix the problem with the insurance company so thats exactly what I did less than 3 weeks later. In the meantime her tooth broke right in half. After all was said and done I got the insurance problem fixed and they still refused to see her, mind you she is six and is worried out of her little mind about her tooth but they did nothing. It was there work and they shouldnt have said they guarantee their work if they cant fix the work they did. I even had insurance for her when I tried getting the tooth fixed later on. Now I am going to a new dentist who has told me the reason her filling came loose was because how far down the dentist had drilled the hole for the filling. I would not recommend them to anyone. They dont keep their word on fixing their own work and to me that is not loyalty. And I dont know about anyone else but I expect my dentists to be loyal to there patients.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst office ever. The front office lady is not friendly at all. Has an attitude of "hurry up and say what you want your bothering me". They will send out reminder cards to come in and see us you have $XXXX left of your dental insurance to use up before the end of the year. I am sorry but this info should not be made available for any one to see. I know they would not want there medical records thrown in a dumpster for anyone to come and get and see why they saw "Dr Jones" so I dont know why they think it is ok to send that out. The dentist that I had seen was saying I need all this dental work done (caps, crowns, fillings etc). My primary dentist never said I needed all this work done that he was saying I needed as I was just in to see him a week prior. I only came here for a second opinion. I have talked to a few people and they say he takes forever also. A procedure that should only take about 1 hr to do (as I have had it done before with my primary dentist) he takes over 2 hrs to do and there were no issues with the procedure. So if you want to have your personal info out there for the world to see and if you have all the time in the world to sit in a chair to have a procedure take forever then come to this place. If not go somewhere else.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Absolutely, by far the WORST place I have ever taken my children! My 4 year old and 8 year old are traumatized from their scare tactics and unprofessionalism! I would NOT recommend anyone taking their children to this office, as they are horrible with kids! They repeatedly threatened both of my children the entire time, and scared and hurt my 4 year old so badly that we had to stop and leave in the middle of her procedure! And to top that they GAVE her a doll and said it was hers to keep, and then took it away because "she wasnt a big girl and didnt finish her procedure" I seriously have never in my life dealt with such rude, and inconsiderate people! DO NOT take your kids here, they will leave hurt and traumatized! I am absolutely appalled that they have the nerve to advertise how great they are with kids, they absolutely are NOT! This was both of my childrens first times getting any work done, this is not an experience ANY child should have to go through, but definitely not on their first real visit! And both dentists knew it was their first time, they were just too irritable and impatient to care!

Magna Dental is by far the most hated clinic Ive ever been. They are unprofessional, they dont cooperate, and they have bad customer service. Ive gotten calls saying that DentaQuest does not exist no more and when I called then [People from DentaQuest] they said its still running! Then I get another call saying that I have an appointment that day which was a checkup and it was free so I go there and the lady from the counter says she never said that and we got into this whole discussion that ended in me having to use my insurance money. Then I get another call saying that I have $2,000 dollars to spend on dental related issues and I go there and try to get a service when they say you dont have enough to money. I told them about the call and they said well whoever told u was a lie and that it wasnt true. Honestly there is this one lady there and she is so nice I like how she treated us but the rest of them werent the best therefor I hated the experience there.

I have never met such an unprofessional group of individuals in my entire life. And as far as your employee Tammy, shes the worst I have ever dealt with and needs to learn phone etiquette. Talk about lack of manners and her rude discourteous behavior. She needs to get off her high horse and learn how to communicate with people without being condescending and just rude. She has no clue how to communicate with people without being condescending and just rude. I would never in a million years ever refer anyone to use this dentist, not even my worst enemy. Excellent customer service is defined as service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem or question as efficiently as possible. Note to management, you may want to ask yourself if you and your staff are doing everything possible to create a positive experience and strong relationships with your patients . Without your patients you have nothing.

I have 2 girls ages 16 and 12 my 12 yr old cried as she had her molars removed I did my best to calm her down and the Dr. Johnson told my daughter to quit acting like a baby then he yelled at me saying why did you not being her back 1 yr ago my response was the attitudes you give are why we dont return this visit was due to his work not being done correctly in the first place I tried to find another dentist but non that would finish his job thats why I had to go back but in my regret. For my 16 yr old she walked out with a swollen face neck and throat due to him injecting her with to much novacane and the whole time Im calming my children I see the nurses staring and talking crap on my children and when I say something they all leave the area laughing. So in my case I will never let my children see him again or the nasty nurses that are young and immature. For all the moms out there beware of the trauma they put on a child its not worth it.
