Dr Whelan and his entire staff is beyond amazing. Theyre phone etiquette, customer service, compassion and resourcefulness is truly above the standard. Dr Whelan performed a posterior tongue tie and Eiffel tower revision on our 8 month old. From the very first appointment he was spectacular. The woman working the front desk had all my info printed out for me when we arrived for our first appointment which was beyond appreciated. This while establishment deserves more than 5 stars. We live this place so much we travel 45 minutes to see Dr Whelan. TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Thank you so much pleasant valley pediatric dentistry for improving my sons quality of life!

My 4 year old daughter had an accident and bumped her 2 front teeth. Dr Whelan came to the office on a Sunday afternoon just to examine my daughter and tale X rays. I was touched by his kindness and he is amazing with kids. I am a physician myself and have to say that he is amazing and very personable. He was very sweet with my daughter and explained all that we should watch out for an expect. What a pleasure . As a parent and a physician myself I would HIGHLY recommend this Dr !!

I have been going to this dentist my entire life and it is truly awesome. The kind environment makes it even more enjoyable for all ages. In addition to this, the caring workers always make sure that the patients are okay, as well as make the experience more comfortable. i have known Rene for a few years and she has the biggest heart. She, as well as the many other workers, are doing great things for these young kids. Therefore, I 10/10 recommend coming to this dentist!

What a great place! We absolutely love Pleasant Pediatric Dentistry. From the friendly front office staff to the knowledgeable back office clinicians and the Doctors are wonderful! Both our kids have no fear and even smile before and after their appointments. Through a recent dental emergency we were pleasantly surprised at how the office was helpful and accommodating in a time of last minute need. We couldnt be more pleased.

They have gone out of their way to get our baby girls needs met, I truly couldnt ask for a more caring dentist ever. We had our first appointment for our son this week at Pleasant Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Whelan, Amy and the rest of the staff were terrific. Very friendly and caring group of people. Dr. Whelan was very informative and sat down with us and took his time explaining to us a couple of options for our sons treatments. We highly recommend Pleasant Pediatric Dentistry.

My kids and I LOVE Pleasant Pediatrics Dentistry!!! Dr. Whalen is not only amazing at his craft but has incredible people skills and is so friendly and kind. His staff is top notch as well! So so cute with my kids and also great at what they do. Dr. Whalen recently did a lip tie procedure on my 1.5 yr old son and did a phenomenal job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive been bringing my kids to Dr. Whelan since their first dental exam years ago. The office has a great vibe, everyone is friendly and knows who we are...it feels like family here. One time my daughter tripped and chipped her tooth on the bathtub, Dr. Whelan got us in right away and took care of her. There isnt anyone else I would trust my kids with.

Great pediatric dentist office. Very friendly staff that were great with my children. My two year old son was a little scared and crying but Dr. Whelan did a great job talking to him and calming him down. My son was so excited when Dr. Whelan was finished that he wanted his teeth cleaned again.

This place in the beginning was great but now since they have a large amount of kids coming their service has gone down. Made an appointment and was waiting for 25 min nothing. I asked how long it was going to take other 10 min. Waste of time! Wont be going back or recommended this place!

Very disappointed with the appointment staff I cant even get my daughter in that is in pain until over a month from now thats a existing patient. Its is a disappointment to see that a practice gets so big so fast that you cant even schedule a emergency appointments with limited options.

My kids are always coming here when one or the other has to come in for a checkup, they think its fun. Its easy bringing them too because everyone is good with children and knows how to appeal to them and keep them entertained. They really work with the parents too.
