I do not understand what some of these complaints are regarding the billing issues. I have never been charged more than approx $150 for a cleaning with flouride treatment. Also I have been coming here for years, and although the name changed, I dont really notice any difference in quality of care. My hygienist (who has been here for years) is great and very friendly. Dr. Seiler is also very friendly and very knowledgeable and I have never had any problems getting work done. Dr. Seiler isnt always there because he donates his time to clinic that helps underprivileged individuals. And the two times I had to go back when he wasnt there (once when my filling was sensitive and needed a pain Rx, and once when my temp crown fell off), the other dentist (sorry, cant remember his name) was just as friendly and professional. Also there is very little wait time which is a bonus. I will continue to use this office...

I purchased a toothbrush using my debit card... 6 months later, they keep calling my phone saying that I was seen for gingivitis and that I owe them $38 for an appointment saying my insurance was turned down! I dont have insurance because they dont pay for anything! Second, I never had any appointment at their offices. I did see the Scottsdale Gentle Dental, I suggest you avoid them also - they wanted $6000 for the work I eventually got done for $29 cash. And, I did pay the Scottsdale office in cash as well, and they also kept billing me for $100 saying my insurance didnt pay for the appointment??? Again, I dont have insurance! So my insurance was not turned down. I pay my bills in cash at the time of the visit. Funny enough, my Father-in-law had the exact same problems with Gentle Dental as well.

Wanted $350 more than what my insurance covers for a "Deluxe" cleaning. My insurance pays 100% for teeth cleaning so When i told them Ill just take the standard cleaning that my insurance covers they said they will not do it. Also got a bill for $75 for the exam when my insurance pays for that, oh yea and the balance was due one day after I got the letter. Post marked date on the envelope was the 2nd, and the balance was due on the 3rd....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled dental cleanings for my 3 kids 2 months prior to apt.. when I arrive at 8am they stare at me rudly and say "We dont have you on the schedule" ..didnt try and work me back in, didnt apologize for the inconvenience or their mess up....No thank you!! I will take my business elsewhere
