Anybody wants to go to this place they should not. They are over priced, their all about the money. I was There for exam and cleaning. The dentist did not told me about any cavities which I had one until my tooth chipped off the following week. The most options they had for me was to replace my old fillings with the most expanive options they had. They also billed my insurance $75 for oral hygiene instruction. Ive been in the Dental field for over 5 years Ive done dental assisting and billing never billed insurances for such a thing. That is a Hygenast job to instruct each patient on how their doing with their cleaning and not bill them for it. Which I was never given any instructions from the Hygenast in the first place. Very unperfossional and disappointed

Ive been going to this location almost since they first opened. Ive seen new faces and had different experiences from satisfactory to so so. My most recent visit was excellent, from the reception at the front desk on a Saturday appointment, to the professional yet personable demenor of the cleaning provided by Tara to the reassuring enthusiasm provided by the dentist Cleve, I just had the best experience at a dentist office you could have. They processed my 8 yr old son and I quickly. My son is no longer scared to go to the dentist. He thinks Tara is the best too. I provide reviews like most of us, usually when service is horrible but also when excellent. This was a 5 stars visit easy.

Listen to Diamond M. They are all about the money and Dr. Cockrell will kick you from his service if you have an issue. Follow up care is slow, tedious and the work you consulted with a certain dentist about may be performed by another dentist less qualified. Go somewhere else. I went here because it was the closest my insurance accepted when I lived to this state. Boy, as they say, there is a sicker born every minute and I was that days!
