Beware – SCAM! – Deceptive shady practices You may be lured in by an offer of $29 for a cleaning / inspection / xray as I was. After you arrive, you are processed quickly, x-rays are taken effectively, and staff are pleasant -but that’s where the fun ends. A dentist will come and “inspect” you, which of course, no mouth is perfect. You will be pushed into other services hard. You will decline because you know you are an adult, and you do not want braces. This isn’t your first time to the dentist after all, you’re aware what needs work. Then you are told, congratulations, you have no cavities. Then you are told they will come back to you with a breakdown for your cleaning. Then instead of $29, you are told it will be $191 per quadrant (x4) = $764 or something to this effect. Why? Because an “advanced” cleaning is necessary. You ask, well, can I just have the basic cleaning? You are told no, you cannot, because you need the advanced. Really? So the basic would do me no good you ask? They say, no, then you are given a very bad analogy that makes no sense. Then they ask if you want to go ahead, and you say, um, no thanks. They ask if you want a copy of the paper work, and you’ll likely say, no thanks, I’m never coming back. I have little patience for scams like this. Don’t make claims or offers and then not stand behind them. I’m most annoyed I drove there & wasted my time, and the worst thing is, I should have known better – any dentist with windows overlooking the beautiful ambiance of the Carl’s Jr. parking lot can’t be that good can it? Beware, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT GO – go to a reputable dentist who is upfront and doesn’t play scam games.

Keep your kids away from this place!!!! My just turned eight year old daughter was told that she required braces immediately!!! I couldnt believe this at first, because usually you dont have braces put on until eleven or twelve. They said they would first have to pull all four of her canine teeth!!!! OUCH and repair some cavities the price on that was $1700 and we didnt even start the braces yet. My poor daughter had to endure so much pain and suffering due to the procedures. Then on top of that we then had to finance her braces, because of so much out of pocket monies to begin with. Over the past year and a half we had to endure many other inconsistencies. Her braces kept on breaking and after they broke they cause damaged to the inside of her mouth. They also said she had more cavities, this is when we decided to get a second opinion. We found out that we should of never pulled out her canine teeth, that she didnt need braces until her baby teeth came out. The dentist asked if she had any type of speech impediment and I said no, and he stated this procedure could of cause more damaged then good. In addition, she didnt have as many cavities as they stated. On top of all of this they have a tremendously poor customer service record. Especially with a woman named "Lupe", she is at the front counter. If you get her on the phone you better call back the next day to confirm your appointments, because half the time you go in there and they say they have no record of an appointment.

I have been going to this bright now dental for 3 years. Over this time Ive gotten my wisdom teeth out and had a crown put in as well as had some cavities filled. Like other reviewers Ive been suckered into the deep cleaning scam too. The only real way to tell if you have periodontal disease is to measure the bone on an xray from the bottom of the enamel to the top of the gums. Anything below a 2 is reversable gingivitis. There are three kinds if dentists. Ones that were educated in the 70 s and 80 s that like to just watch things in xrays and see if something really needs to be done. Then there are dentists like what you will find at brought now dental. They were likely educated in the 90s and maybe early 2000s. They tend to diagnose periodontal disease by doing pocket checks with anything above a 4 being something that requires a flush and some anti biotics under the gum. Then theres dentists that have been educated more recently. They go by xrays and we now know that is the only way to truly diagnose PD. Im disappointed that I was told I have PD at this office. Ive since moved and have been told by a dentist in my new state that I do not have PD and a regular cleaning plus some daily flossing is all I need to turn it around. (My deepest pockets were a 4 and I havent had periodontal maintenance done for a year and a half). Im giving this place 3 stars because the crown I had put on is solid and the dr that did it was good. Otherwise it would be 2 stars.

The staff here were all very friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and comfortable, and the doctors were experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommended this dentists office to anyone, whether youre just needing a check up and a cleaning, or serious dental surgery, which Ive had both done here. I came to this dentist because both my brothers had work done here before me, and I wasnt disappointed at all. They were even able to help me set up a very manageable payment plan. A very nice place.

Take forever to call you in. Only have orthodontist on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When they finally call you in, they take another 10 minutes to start checking your teeth. Have wifi... but its locked. Cant wait to get these braces off to stop coming here
