Not personable at all. No confidentiality what so ever. When I went back to the examination room. The door was never closed for privacy. NONE of the other patients doors were closed either. I went for a checkup and cleaning but found that I need a deeper cleaning, so they refused to do a basic but insisted that I get the deep one and so I had to schedule another appt for this procedure and pay close to $100. I get that I need the deep cleaning (subgingival) but how about do the basic for now until I can afford this unexpected expense?? Up selling? Scare tatics? Also, when my check up was finished they said that someone would talk more in depth to me about the procedures I need, and the costs and payment plans. I was led from the exam room thinking that I would go into a different private room for this conversation. NOPE. I was lead right to the front desk to discuss my problems, needs and payment options....in front of everyone in the waiting room. WTF? I guess the girl at the front desk didnt feel like logging in to a different computer in a private room. That is such BS! What happened to confidentiality in health care settings?? This kind of treatment makes me want to look for all "older" doctors and staff where human compassion and empathy is as natural as selfies and social media is to the generation running most businesses today.....
