I would not recommend this dental office due to my negative experience with their work. As far as customer service goes, I like the receptionist and the dentist who gave me four fillings. Im not sure what the dentists name is who worked on my teeth. I did not see Dr. Nejad (who appears to be a man on the Laveen Dental website), but I saw a female dentist who did not tell me her name. This dentist seemed to have trouble with my fillings and needed an assistant. However, her assistant left early for the day, so the dentist asked the receptionist to help. I do not know if this is what later caused pain and sensitivity in one of the fillings. It never felt completely right, but I wasnt sure what it was supposed to feel like. Six months after I had the fillings, the filling became more sensitive and loose. Then, while I was eating cereal, the tooth with the deepest filling cracked. I dont know if it was the dentists ineptitude or just bad luck that caused this crack, but I feel like I should warn people just in case.

Thursday evening I had a tooth break that had been previously filled by another dentist. I called Friday morning and was scheduled for an appointment within an hour. Excellent! I expected a root canal and was told many horror stories about them. To my surprise, the procedure was great! Doctor was very thourough in his explaination of the process throughout. I was left with little to no pain that night and back to business as usual over the weekend. I had not been to the dentist for many years for many different reasons, including financial reasons. Dr. Nejad took the time to access my current situation, gave real expectations, and paperwork identifying work needed and level of importance behind each portion of work. Great financing plans with tons of flexibility as well. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Nejad. I will be moving our family dentristy to this location.

These people are liars and thieves. These people lie by omission. They lied about the procedure I asked about. They completely milked my insurance company for my benefits. I make $160,000.00 per year and could well afford to pay a dental implant out of my pocket. As consumers we have to someone trust those that serve the public. Do not trust this dentist. That skinny lady is a huge liar, They steal from the general public in order to keep their doors open. If I had a million dollars I would never ever go back here again, Even if this was tha last dentist on earth. Please understand this: This dentist office are a bunch of liars and thieves that make a dishonest living by screwing the general public.

I have been seeing Dr. Nejad for a couple of years, but he has changed my life! From the first visit till today I have gone from an ugly embarrassing smile to a beautiful smile. Aside from the obvious health problems associated with my teeth, I have spent a lifetime hating my smile, hiding my smile, and avoiding cameras. TODAY I have a beautiful smile. I never write reviews and never thought my first would be a review of a dentist office. Dr. Nejad and his team are fantastic. I have always had major dentist fears and my experience with this group has turned it on end. Dr. Nejad is the best dentist Ive ever seen. His staff are always friendly, kind, and accommodating. Hes soft spoken, mild mannered, and is looking out for my best interests. I would highly recommend this office.

I went in January of this year and I had a crown put in. Im 29 years old and never had a problem with my teeth until I went to these people. Im not even sure if this needed to be done or if it was a scam to make $$$. Now I have a fake tooth( crown) and everytime I eat, I have horrible pain. Not to mention my two cavities I had filled by them have fallen out .My teeth look like Im 45 now, instead of 29 year old teeth. Stay AWAY

I had the greatest experience at the dental office of Dr.Abbas Nejad, this includes the receptionist,and the staff they were all so kind and professional, I am so happy to have him as a dentist. Because I now have beautiful teeth and a gorgeous smile. I have a son who has MS bing in a wheelchair didnt matter they treated him with dignity and respect. And made his dental experience equally as happy as mine was.

The office failed to update my correct mailing address during my last appointment from the forms I provided. After months of not hearing from them they sent my account to collections. When I notified them that I gave them my current address during my last visit they failed to remove the erroneous late fees from my account, even after I paid the original amount due.

Dr. Nejad is the best dentist that I have seen yet! He was very gental and understanding to my health needs. The office was very nice explaining my insurance. I love my new teeth!!! This is the worst dentist i have ever been to. He drilled the wrong tooth, weakening it and causing problems. Then he made me pay. Very upset with the poor work, and it will affect my dental health.
