When I took my 11 year-old daughter in to have a cavity filled, the dentist didnt even bother to talk to me (the parent) before or after he did his work. The receptionist was nice to me by offering coffee, massage chair, etc. but I wasnt the one getting work done. I tried to go into the cubby hole with a partial curtain where they work on patients with my daughter but the hygenist informed me (nicely) that there was not enough room for me. There is no privacy for the patient here. Anyone walking down the hall can see you and whats being done to you. At one point I was making my way down the hall to the waiting room and overheard the doc ask my daughter "did that hurt?" Hello, doc - just look at how her feet are flinching. Yes, I think you hurt her. Upon leaving, my daughter insisted that she will never go to that office again. To add insult to injury, my wife had a worse experience when she went in a few weeks later to get a crown. They had done such a poor job with the mold that the crown sat up too high. The doctors solution was to file it down to the point where the tooth had virtually no anatomy left. My wife voiced her concern that the tooth would be too flat to help her chew if he kept filing it down. Dr. Morales was clearly offended by her assertion and proceeded to criticize some of the dental work she had done by our dentist in Colorado. The appointment ended with him putting the temporary crown back in her mouth and refunding the money we had paid for it with the agreement that we would be going elsewhere for our future dentistry needs.

For my first appointment they forgot to put me in the schedule. (The Dentist is very nice and kind.) I had to go to another dentist because the treatment was incomplete. She did an extraction that may not have been necessary, neglected to test sensitivity of 2 of the teeth that needed it. My new dentist had to tear down her build ups. Fix the two teeth that she built up, then fill in a cavity that they filled in with plastic temporary. My new dentist was shocked and apologetic for the shotty work done at this office. Anyways I went in to Kokopelli for pain and came out with more pain than I went in with, my complaints were ignored and they billed my insurance and I paid $295 out of pocket. I tried to talk to them and they told me I was must be mistaken. Anyways BUYER BEWARE.

We have lived in Phoenix for 4 years now, and have been looking for a Dentist that we like, and feel confident with their work. Dr Harveer Kaur is that Dentist! I have very sensitive teeth, and always dreaded going in to get my teeth cleaned due to the water pressure cleaning (a lot of dental assistants would clean my teeth manually, which doesnt really get a deep clean). Dr Kaur informed me that this water tool can be turned down to one, with a range of ten. We started out with the first setting, and worked our way up to where I was still comfortable, and my teeth were cleaned! Dr Kaur is very caring and knowledgeable! And the staff sings with the radio if they like a song:-) Great find!

I had a chance to visit Kokopelli today after being recommended by family. It was an AMAZING experience. I have never seen a Dentist that explains things in such detail. All my questions were thoroughly answered along with the A+ customer service from the moment I walked in. I was told that Dr. Kaur has owned and operated this location for only a month! I loved the environment and the laughs. It was a very stress free experience and I walked away with the best cleaning that I have probably ever had. I am happy and they shall have my business going forward. I would highly recommend Dr Kaur for all your dental work!

I had a chance to visit Dr. Harveer Kaur this week and it was a great experience. The office is comfortable and high tech, They were TVs in the rooms to show you your X-rays. It seems she is the new owner. Dr. Kaur spent time with me getting to know me and my issues. She has a warm and energetic personality. I liked the atmosphere in the office because she was laughing and joking all the time. Dr. Kaur explained everything in detail and was not pushy at all. I liked her honesty because she even told me that I could wait on certain procedures. I will be back and will recommend Dr. Kaur to friends and family.

Had my first appointment today. This poor office has had the worst turn around of Dentist, and yes I was skeptical to go, but my husband had gone and was impressed. So I went and I am glad I did! The office staff was friendly, the dentist was great, took time to get to know me as an individual and even remembered my husband and his frequent work trips to India (gave great ideas when to visit India next). I think those that have had a bad experience with the previous owner/owners should give Dr. Kaur and her office a chance, you will not be disappointed!

Well I never thought I would return to this dental office because of inconsistency and lack of good patient care from before. I was wrong the new dentist and owner Dr.Kaur is awesome and she is very informative, her staff they are extremly professional ,accurate and made me feel welcomed. I would recommend this dentist to all my family and friends . If i could rate a higher number they would get a 10. Thanks again Dr. Kaur for your kindness and what a great dental experience.

Finally, after searching for a long time for a good dentist I finally found one. In fact, these guys are absolutely awesome. I made an appointment with them for a routine check up. I had a warm welcome by Theresa. X ray tech Michel was fast and efficient. Dr. Kaur was very professional and honest. She made me feel very comfortable during the visit and explained me the treatment in a clear and precise manner. I am looking forward to my next visit with them!!

I have been using Kokopelli Dentistry for many years now, and my last two experiences have been the best in quite a long time. Dr. Kaur spent a lot of time with me and both of my boys during our visits. She was extremely patient, open, and honest will all three of us. Theresa in the front office was very helpful in working through insurance questions and scheduling. I would definitely recommend Kokopelli to anyone!

Visited Dr. Kaur at Kokopelli last week as she is close to my house and she is open on Saturday. It was a great experience! The Dr is very personable and explained everything in a lot of detail. She fixed an issue with my night guard which other doctors were not able to fix. Her prices are reasonable and she took my insurance. I am very happy with the treatment and will definitely be going to Kokopelli in the future.

I was expecting the 6th dentist in 3years to be my last visit but low and behold Teresa front desk saved the day by telling me Dr Harveer Kaur had bought the practice so no more Corp. BS and was she right . Harveer and Manny her dental assistant work so well together. What a great experience!!! Thanks Teresa for talking me into staying with you guys. Highly recommend
