I have seen a few dentist since moving to Phoenix in 2006 and was not pleased with the care I received. So I went to a couple dentists for opinions for my oral health care and each dentist had a different treatment plan and it was not explained to me, but rather here is your "co-pay" and here is "your balance." I had a friend of mine recommend Dr. Kangs practice in Peoria AZ. When I arrived at Dr. Kangs office I was greeted with a warm hello and smile. I filled out the necessary paperwork and the hygienist (Konnie) seated me and went over my paperwork and my medical history. She even took my blood pressure. Never had my blood pressure taken at a dentist office before. Konnie cleaned my teeth and I must say my teeth we never cleaned this good before. After my cleaning, Konnie went over pictures of each of my teeth and pointed out some obvious concerns and she made notes for Dr. Kang to review during my exam. Dr. Kang came into the room, check my medical and asked a few questions, review Konnies notes and performed an exam that was very exact. Upon completion of my exam Dr. Kang discussed what is needed and made a checklist of areas that need attention NOW and what we could work on later on. After Dr. Kang was finished he gave me his business card and stated if I ever needed him to call his office or cell number that was on his card. I asked Dr. Kang why he would give your cell number and he stated "that his patients are his family and he does this with every patient." I was walked up front and Julia presented a treatment plan that was clear and concise and it was broken down into segments with how Dr. Kang wanted to proceed with my care. I would recommend Dr. Kang and his staff for caring about me the person and not the person who is paying the bill. It was refreshing to know that there is a dentist that is truly concerned with my oral health care and not the DOLLAR.

I just had my wisdom teeth pulled and had front veneers done at Premier dentistry. I was referred to Dr. Kang by my family who had her wisdom teeth removed at his office. It was great and not much swelling and no issues whatsoever. I have been dragging to get any work done because I was soooo afraid of pain! But the staff and assistants were so nice and made me feel comfortable right away. They showed me the options to help me relax. I had IV sedation that really helped. I dont remember anything and when I got up it was done! Dr. Kang was very nice and explained everything so easy for me to understand. I had all stained and ugly front teeth and I was so ashamed of my smile before. But after the veneers, I got so many compliments from others! :) Everybody tells me that I have beautiful smile and I love it! :) Thank you Dr. Kang and everyone at Premier Dentistry!

Konnie Kolnsberg

I had the privilege of doing volunteer work beside Dr. Kang at the "Neighborhood Appreciation Day" at his church. The love of dentistry doesnt even begin to show the true compassion that Dr. Kang feels for his patients and his fellow man. He also believes that one of the true joys in life is eating and by becoming a dentist he is able to give people the oral health they need to enjoy eating. Dr. Kang is extremely humble and wants to serve his God by serving others. I share the same beliefs that we are only made strong for a while in our lifetime and during that time we should use our strengths, abilities, education, time and talents to serve those who cannot help themselves. My heart was filled by serving the needy in this neighborhood and I will serve with him through many more of these events.

Premier Dentistry is a great place to be! Sweet and caring staff members to be around with. Patient care is excellent, which they will make sure that you feel comfortable at all times. Dr Kang definitely has a heart for dentistry and a strong work ethic, as well as he is gentle and caring for each patient. All staff members and Dr Kang are very professional in educating their patient, they would explain and share all the procedures/dental information/insurance etc in detailed, so that I can understand easily as a patient. The office has a great referral program and monthly deals! Definitely check it out ;)

My visit to Dr. Kangs office was nothing short of exemplary. Dr. Kang is a very personable dentist and his staff was very professional; I was nervous at first about the dental work I needed, but they all kept me at ease. I had a few procedures done including two wisdom teeth extractions and Dr. Kang and his staff members made my experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Kangs passion for dentistry was evident through the immense amount of care he puts in his work for his patients. I would recommend Dr. Kang to all my friends and family. My name is Mike Chadwell. I have had a lot of work done with Dr. Kang. Two implants with crowns and a 5 tooth bridge in the front. They look great, feel great and work great! I have had two teeth extracted with absolutely NO pain! I did not even need an aspirin afterwards. He is so knowlegeable, skilled, and gentle. I understand he has IV sedation which takes all the fear and pain away. I recommend him to everyone.

I did not appreciate the product pushing/sales technique and scheduling me without my consent. On top of that, I felt that it was unprofessional when the staff forgot to used a cleaning item on my teeth and spoke about it right infront of me like I was not sitting in the chair.

Young Hee Zentner

Dr. Kang placed 2 implants on my lower jaw. I was dead scared of surgery like that but I did not have any pain like he said. l am so happy with his office staff and they all help me go through surgery. My friends all come here now! Best dentist I met!
