I came into Sundance Dental because I had a tooth ache. Not being to a dentist in a while, (fearing the dentist) I was worried about what would be wrong, and if I could deal with someone I didnt know; since prior experience with dentists caused discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Schaffer and her staff. Her ability to calm my nerves by just talking to me, taking time, not rushing, and LISTENING to me allowed me to be less apprehensive. I had never had a dentist listen to me when I said I could feel something, she stopped and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Schaffer TRULY cares for her patients in my opinion. She is honest about what treatments were available to me, truthful about what should and shouldnt be, and didnt ever try to push me. I appreciated her taking her time with me. They put on music I liked to make me more comfortable. After my first appointment, I was able to relax more and not have a total revolution to just going to the dentist. She helped me allot and I appreciate her! Her staff was great, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their jobs with smiles on their faces. I completely recommend Sundance Dental Care to my family and friends. I would trust them with my children!!

It has been a while since I’ve last been to the dentist, so I was really expecting the worst; having my teeth pulled and being forced into dentures. However, the dentist was extremely caring, especially when recommending only necessary work. She went into detail of the pros and cons of each of her recommendations, making sure I understood to make a proper decision. This put me at ease, even when the eventual procedure took upwards of three hours. I wanted all procedures to be done in one visit, resulting in a full mouth deep cleaning (SRP), tooth extraction, and filling. Even more impressive than the doctor’s professionalism and care, the entire office staff of Sundance Dental Care was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They were more than willing to cater to my specific financial needs. Quality service showed that my best overall dental health is in their best interests.

Called Friday night with a emergency, to see if they have any walk-in appointment for Saturday Aug 1st. The answering service said they open at 7am on Saturday and that the staff would me between 7am and 7:30am. As of 8:15am, no call. I called and spoke to Jessica (who sounded completely clueless) and told her I called last night and was expecting a call. She said and I quote " Ah, I guess we havent got to all the messages yet" I asked if she had time today to see me and her response was No, the Doctor is on a tight schedule and she has a meeting this afternoon. Totally not caring about my emergency, not questioning what my emergency way, No compassion at all. Just nope, we cant see you. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Shady..had an appt for a re cement late in the day..they re scheduled and took my money...never did the work and now they are lieing about what I pd for...I know what they said..tried to give them the benifet of the doubt and now they are saying the money I gave them was for something else.. They literally did nothing for 70$. So un professional..wispering about why they couldnt do it that night...now trying to lie saying I should find someone else cause I hung up on them last time for giving me the run around...took my money and did nothing....shady shady shady thrives..

I have been a patient at Sundance Dental Care for about a year. Dr. Shaffer and her team have always given me the best care. Leo the assistant and the Dr always work seamlessly together. The hygienist I see is also great!! This team has worked on my children and I wouldnt take them anywhere else. I have also seen the other Dentist in there on an occasion, and she also gave me great care. I have come to expect nothing but the best out of that office and they never fail me. Sundance Dental Care is like family to my kids and I and I trust them fully!! Thanks again!!!

First visit to Sundance with my son was good but it was a bit of a wait. Had an appointment setup to return for a followup appointment for my son. Showed up for my sons appointment and the ticket that was given to me was for the wrong time in the system they had my appointment set for an hour before. After the mistake was figured out the staff did not bother to try and setup another appointment or try anything to fix the issue. Basically they just apologized and said they could not help me.

I LOVE this Dentist!! Its the best Dentist Ive ever been to, I promise you!! The entire staff is amazing!! Dr Rebecca is so awesome and Frank is so cool Jessica and Monica welcome you right as you come in. Every single person who works there will make you feel special and at ease and important!! They really care about YOU and helping you and helping you to understand everything that they are doing and that is happening. I would recommend Sundance Dental to all of my friends and family.

Such a caring office. From the front desk, dental assistant, billing and the dentist!! The dentist cares deeply about her patients. She not only took care of my dental hygiene, but made sure I was comfortable, answers to my questions and speaking with me after hours to help manage my pain. What makes it all even better is that she is very knowledgeable about my bleeding disorder and made sure she was taking care of me and keeping my bleeding controlled.i highly reccmend this office!!!

You really cant find a better place to visit when you need dental work! The office staff are kind and courteous. The Dentist, Dr. Schaffer, is amazing and does not push extra services on you at all! She keeps it very simple and only makes recommendations without making you feel pressured to get extra work done if it takes a toll on your wallet. I highly recommend this office- if you do not already have a favorite dentist office you will surely find it here at Sundance Dental Care!

Dr.Rebecca is an amazing denist.She made me dentures & she was very presise...I have had dentures before but no one took the time to make sure that they fit.I have bone loss in my lower jaw ,but she did such a wonderful job Ive never had to use any Fixadent to hold them in .Her staff is very knowledgable & friendly!!! Must give a shout out to her husband Frank!!! If you need any work done do urself a favor & go see Dr. Rebecca Schaffer you wont be disappointed!!!! WALK IN PEACE

I am over joyed to speak on the wonderful service my daughter has received at Sundance Dental. My daughter is MS and it is very difficult for her to open her month but this facility has the equipment necessary to assist which allows my daughter to get the service she needs. They staff has such a caring heart and the rates they charge are reasonable. Thank you Sundance Dental for always making my daughter and i feel like part of your family.

This was the BEST experience at a dental clinic thus far. Dr. Millie (I believe her name was) and the dental assistant, Leah, were absolutely wonderful. They provide the best service and as an added bonus, sing to you during your procedure. She made time to complete my procedure even tho it was not scheduled - to make sure I didnt encounter any issues. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
