Up until today they had earned 1 out of 5 stars because they hadnt completed the orthodontic treatment that I paid them for back in like 2012 but now its easily negative 5 out of 5. They completed some sets but about halfway through they took new Impressions. After that Months went by without hearing anything so I called In and they said they were still waiting on the lab. This went on for over a year before I gave up On them. Finally years later They call me trying to schedule me for a cleaning because I hadnt been in in a while and i chew them out again about the uncompleted treatment and said I wasnt getting treatment there because of it. So the lady says she will look in to it. And later I get a call she says she found them in the back room that they had been misplaced. Apparently for several years. I had moved across the country since then so I make a trip to phoenix to pick them up finally after years. I get there and they wont give the sets to me that Ive paid for, said Id have to travel across the country every 3 weeks to pick up the next set. So I go to leave pissed at this point. Then when I couldnt think it could get worse. At the front counter they say I owe them over 1500 dollars for the treatment I had already paid for and that THEY DIDNT COMPLETE. I couldnt believe that they were both trying to double bill me and refusing to give the the clear correct sets I had paid for years ago. Easily the worst experience Ive ever had with a dentist. They should of given a refund after failing to complete the service. Heck under the fair credit billing act its literally illegal to charge for a service they didnt complete but they havent done the right thing and even made it worse by trying to charge me again. I definitely regret getting work done there.

AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!! Dr. Ash is by far the BEST dentist I have have taken my girls to. My daughter was experiencing excruciating mouth pain that I had taken her to 4 different dentists within 2 months with no relief. After the 4th dentist she was in more pain than before, the very next day I happened to be next door to Dr. Ashs office, I called and she said they accepted walk-ins if we had time to come in, so we did and in 30 minutes Dr. Ash became my hero. He found the problem and took the time to explain to my daughter what she needed done, which shows what a caring dentist and person he is. Dr. Ash did in 1 hr what 4 dentist couldnt do in 2 months I couldnt have been more grateful. Dr. Ash is such great dentist, he truly cares about his patients, and oh my his staff.. the girls are so friendly and sweet its great! Dr. Ash and Palm Dental are truly one of a kind and irreplaceable. Thank you Dr. Ash!!

This is my second visit because I like the dentist here. But I will not be coming back because the office staff is so rude. When making my appointment the first time I had to have a consult to make an actual appointment for a cleaning. When I showed to that cleaning I was told I owed money because my insurance wouldnt cover it. The girl up front insisted she gave me a breakdown of my insurance coverage the time i was in for my consult. But she never did so I was unprepared for my almost 200 dollar "cleaning" and they didnt care. They also waited till after my appointment to tell me I owed money otherwise I would have walked out before it.... now showing up today there still happened to a balance on my account after paying off the balance I was told I owed!! I will not be coming back here!!

SOUTH MOUNTAINS BEST KEPT SECRET. I Highly recommend Palm Dental. You cant help but fall in love with the entire office staff. Dr. Ash is a real pro who genuinely cares about his patients. Ive been going to him for a year now and he has to be the hardest working dentist in AZ. Anytime Ive needed to make an appt for a dental emergancy his staff has always fit me in same day. Dr. Ash makes it his mission to ensure you leave happy. Hes great with kids and a true master of his profession. His passion for serving the south mountain/laveen dental needs is clearly shown day in and day out. Thank you Dr. Ash, Meredith, Abbey, and Maria, You truly are remarkable. Keep up the Great work.

Nice office...dentist seems nice but front desk was rude when filling out information . I called my wife to get some info and she said she was rude when making the appt so I decided to just cancel it. She just made me not want to deal with them I guess good customer service doesnt come in the price. She was only nice when I said I was leaving Its a shame because after reading the reviews I wanted to give another 5 star but office staff ruined that for me. Maybe ill go back when she has a day off or doesnt work (star ratings does not apply to the quality of the dentist)

I love this dentist! Dr. Ash is the best I have seen in all my life. I will even go to him if I moved across the valley. I love how concerned he is with helping all of his patients. He always makes sure I am comfortable and out of pain. The staff is excellent and so sweet. They are always willing to work with me on payment plans, which really helps in a bind. Dr. Ashs work is fantastic. He only wants the best for his patients. I cannot say enough good things about this dentist.

A friend of mine told me great things about this office, so i decided to try it out. I must say Dr. Ash is very friendly and I didnt feel pressured at any point during my visits. Everything was explained to me and his staff was very helpful. My family now comes here and we have all been pleased with the services weve been provided. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a good, honest doctor.

Just went there today. First time Ive had x-rays done without gagging and being in tears. The staff was super friendly. My kids enjoyed their cleanings and left feeling great. The dentist explained everything and took his time. Its taken me a while to find a dentist we can all go to and like. Ive already made our next appointments. You should try them out!

This is a fantastic dentist. I have been going there for over a year and the staff are friendly and courteous, the Doctor is very good and he thoroughly answers any question or concern you might have, I have had 4 wisdom teeth removed, and 2 fillings done, as well as a crown put in and I didnt experience any pain or discomfort at all. Highly recommended.

Ive been going to Palm Dental for about 2 1/2 years now and have always found the staff friendly and professional and Dr. Ash is terrific. No matter how busy, he takes the time to explain things and makes the experience as pain free as possible. If you are looking for a dentist in the South Mountain area, you really cant find a better one than Dr. Ash.
