So far not a very good experience. In 2 days it will be 3 weeks since I have heard from Prime Family Dental. I have a missing tooth with a screw sticking up in my mouth & I am told they need to do some research. When I called today for the third time I was told I would have an answer no later than tomorrow at noon. I will keep you posted. Today it has been a month and the only communication I have received is an email a week ago telling me I should have more information by tomorrow; I have still yet to hear anything. I have used this Dentist many times in the past, when I was having work done they were great. Now that there is an issue with the permanent implant I paid them approximately $3,000.00 to do, it appears they are not wanting to stand behind the work I paid them to do.

I recently moved to Laveen and needed to find a local dentist for me and the family and was very lucky to find this local Prime Dental office. This has been a great experience. I have never felt so good about going to a dentist. The treatment Ive received from the staff just wowed me. I had to get three extractions yesterday as part of my major treatment and was very nervous about it but Dr Karren did this and I was feeling better than I thought. Today (the day after the extractions) Im feeling great and was compelled to write this review since there are very few places out there who offer real customer service the way it used to be. Its evident from your first visit that they are there to help you in every way.

Not even sure they rate a one star. Saw them the end of January for a tooth for an implant.They said they would order the part for the impression and would call within 5 days. A month later, with no word from them, I called and was told, "Gee, I dont know why the part is not here. I will give the info the the office manager and well get right back to you. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I had to go to another dentist. The entire time I was with Dr. Lewis, he and the male assistant talked about the front office lady who was relaying to everyone within hearing distance about her bad dating experiences. Not a very professional office for just one dentist. Dont know how he stays in business.

2 year client. In the beginning the service was great. A few months afterwards, after I paid off all work but wasnt done with visits, it changed. The appointments are basically never on time and when you do get called back youre waiting forever to get checked. Ive spent almost 30 minutes waiting before. I have braces. Instead of taking time to make sure teeth are properly adjusted, leaving a straight smile, I feel rushed to finish, especially since I paid my work off long ago. Each visit they try to get me out my braces and each visit I have to explain its not right still, I cant even properly chew. Im upset with the experience Ive had.

What a great experience I had. Front office very friendly when you first walk in. They help with all financial questions and insurance. My dental needs were explained to me in detail and the doctor took time to listen to my questions. I feel very comfortable with the entire staff at Prime Family Dental. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

This was seriously the easiest visit to a dental office I have had in years. I was in and out. They were prompt, professional, and didnt try to sell me on ridiculous treatment plans that I didnt really need. I came to them from a TERRIBLE office, and Im glad I did. Five stars to Prime Smiles.
