I have been coming to this office for almost 15 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. The office is inviting, comfortable and state of the art. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. Both the Hygiensts, Tracy and Taylor, are wonderful, friendly, gentle but very thorough. They know what theyre doing!! I almost fell asleep last time I was there!! Dr Pardo is always professional but is so nice and easy to talk to. There is no doubt how much he cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and gives me all the options and his professional recommendation. I also have to say that the whole staff goes out of their way to help in any way they can. I had some insurance issues that I couldnt get resolved and they were so kind to call and help me get everything taken care of!! Awesome job and office!!! I highly recommend it!!!

I had major restoration work done at West Valley in the course of last two and half years. From braces, jaw surgery, 3 implants and all the cosmetic work... I could not be happyer with the outcome. Doctor Shawn Benso is simply amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and with the lab to make sure everything was perfect. He sent crowns back for rework if it didnt meet his expectation and insisted that I should not settle. Ive had second and third opinions at very high end places in Scottsdale, where the work would have costed me a lot more, but I trusted my instincts and went with Doctor Benso, and Im and so happy I did. Thank you doctor Benso! The office staff is friendly and very attentive, and their Dental Hygienists are excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Very ugly customer service...didnt explain much to me or make me feel welcome...very rude office staff...they didnt do all they could to solve my problems and pretty much told me to call back another time then got put on hold for a long time then told the person i needed to speak to was at the dr when i just spoke to her 5 min ago and then was told she would call back...never revived a call back that day so i called the next day and was Told to come into the office to solve the problem...so the next day i did and they told me they couldnt solve my problem until another person was there then told me they could have solved it over the phone after telling me to come in to solve it...so irritated and i will never recommend this crappy place

This was a new dentist for me as they bought out my prior dentist. I went with more than a little reservations. I got Dr. PARDO. had to have 3 crowns and a filing absolutely no pain. He is a perfectionist. The lab didnt have the exact color on the crowns he had then do a custom color for me. The staff you can tell all get along and help each other. I have never had too wait and never felt rushed during my treatments. Dr Pardo is great but his staff from the front office too all who interact with you are so nice and easy too work with to make your visit comfortable. This is truly the "Nordstroms" of the dental field. Very impressed and Im petrified if dentist! :-)

I went into West Valley Family Dental with my Tooth in a BAG! Walked out 1 hour later with it firmly replaced in my mouth!! Now, who could ask for more than that. Well, believe it or not, I DID receive more than that. Their new dental hygenist, Taylor, was fantastic. She was so good, I was actually dozing while she was cleaning my teeth. Now who can say they were that relaxed and comfortable while having someone poking around in their mouth with sharp instruments? Trust me on this one, these guys are GREAT! Ill be back in 6 months for another round of excellent dental treatment. Brad from N. Phoenix

West Valley Dental and Dr. Pardo has always taken great care of my teeth. Ive been going to Dr. Pardo for over ten years and Ive always been very satisfied. Their skill, patience and caring have been the best. Its nice to have confidence in your dentist. It gives you a safe feeling knowing that whatever you might need, it always seems to be pain free and not only solves a problem but prevents future issues. Thank you Dr. Pardo and the West Valley Dental staff for always doing your best and being a friendly and inviting place to visit. P.S. Ruth is the best dental hygienist!

My wife and I have been going to West Valley Dental since 1989. We always have enjoyed curteous professional service from the entire staff. However, we are very disappointed that Ruth Sullivan will be leaving the practice due to the corporation not paying her adequately and cutting her salary several times. You may want to reconsider your pay practices since building a solid business foundation is not always about how much money you can save, but more importantly the customers satisfaction. Ive been going to West Valley Dental for many years. My family has done FIVE sets of braces with them. I would never go anywhere else. The staff is so kind and professional, they treat you like family. This team is flexible when it comes to seeing you when you have a busy schedule. But most importantantly the are HONEST and can be TRUSTED. I never have to worry about being up sold on something I dont need. Wonderful care here! All around! The nicest most helpful staff you will find. Denise is on top of things there and makes the visit and scheduling perfect. All the doctors there do an outstanding job from bedside manner and local anesthetic injections to the results after. Couldnt be happier with this dental office. I moved and had to go elsewhere for a few years and it really makes you appreciate their work and staff when I had the option to go back.

Fantastic staff, everyone a pleasure to work with. The office is clean and inviting. Appointments are made quickly and very accommodating for the patients.
