I was very glad that I chose Eye Love Smiles for my first visit back to a Dentist in like 13 years. I had to get some teeth extracted which is something I doubt anyone actually wants to do. The Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. Everyone was very easy going and Dr. Ngo is possibly the friendliest and most happy-go-lucky Dentist I have ever met. He explained everything to me and gave me options and recommendations without being pushy on any subjects. As far as my procedure, I can tell you right now that when Dr. Ngo gave me the shot to numb my mouth, it was the most painless shot I have every had in my life. And this was a shot that was going into a sensitive area inside my mouth and it still was the least painful shot I have ever had. I literally thought he was just putting some paste or something on my gums. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a Dentist in the Glendale Area.

I love Dr. Ngo and his wife Dr. Vu! I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist even for a simple cleaning. Dr. Ngo is very understanding of that and gives me a minute when I need it. I have allowed him to do work on my teeth that I otherwise would have just never gone back to have done. He is very thorough and explains everything to you in detail and gives you options and they let you know ahead of time how much things will cost you. I cant say my anxiety is gone but I can say its nowhere near as bad as it used to be. Its also great that his wife has the other side for vision. I was able to have my daughter get her eyes checked while I was having my teeth worked on and then have my eye appointment done next, such a great time saver. They will continue to be my dental and vision office. By the way, if you are afraid of having a tooth extracted, Dr. Ngo is the best!

I visited A Wink & A Smile a few weeks back for a pair of glasses. It was a delightful experience! A year prior I went to a different optometrist and felt as though I was rushed and I was prescribed a pair of glasses. They were progressives and just wrong for my complaints about my eyesight. In comparison, Dr. Vu was warm and kind and made sure I felt comfortable. She explained every part of the exam before performing it, so that I knew what to expect. She also listened to my complaint about my eyesight and worked with me to find the type of glasses that would work with my lifestyle and solve my vision issues. Voila! Glasses that I love and that work for me! The receptionist/technician is also very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely return!

My husband recommended this dentist to me just this year. It has been over 10 years since Ive seen a dentist and I also suffer from anxiety really bad so I have been putting it off for a long time. I would strongly recommend going here. From the moment I walked in the door my first day I felt like I knew the staff and dr Ngo for years. They made me feel so comfortable and so welcome. From the hello when you walk in the door to the goodby out the door is so loving. I have had to get a lot of work done this year and the only time I suffered from anxiety was my very first day I walked in the door. From the massage chairs to the kind words you will feel so comfortable. I would strongly recommend going to get your teeth cleaned by dr NGO. I love my new smile and I love my new dentist.

I just had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Kelvin Ngos office. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming for my first time in. The receptionist was helpful and accommodating. The cleaning was amazing!! My teeth had plaque buildup and was taken care of! The X-Rays were quick and painless. Dr. Ngo was extremely thorough and not rushed, putting a lot of time and thought into his diagnosis. Thank you for the perfect dental experience. The other side is the Optometry! Very convenient! Dr. Kathy Ngo was very patience, polite and experienced. She did a really good job in diagnosing my vision, and answered all my question while checking my eyes. Added to that, This place completes the whole package. I highly recommend this place for your dental and eye needs!

A Wink and A Smile of AZ, a one stop wonder! The employees are very professional and they are keen on cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and talkative, and the dentist himself is very gentle with the needles. Doctor Ngos technique on administering the anesthesia was so remarkable, I did not felt any pain at all. It took the doctor less than 5 minute to extract the wisdom tooth. In addition, I also got an eye exam the same day. I was in needed of some new glasses. They have a large selection of designer frames. The optical machinery they have at the clinic more modern (no air-puff test), which is definitely a plus. I walked out with pair of glasses and 1 year supply of contact lens. Overall, I highly recommend A Wink and A Smile of AZ.

I had the first part of the treatment done yesterday. Im very pleased with the results and the process. I had a deep cleaning done on my right side, as well as 3 fillings. Dr Ngo uses advanced technology (LASER), effective techniques and he CARES if patients are in any pain during procedures. I had a lot of work done previously during orthodontic treatment, and the doctors wouldnt stop if I told them it hurt me. They wouldnt administer another anesthetic. This is not the case with Dr. Ngo. He is skillful in delivering the anesthetic and carrying on successfully every procedure, in the best interest of the PATIENT. The staff doesnt fall short either. Great customer service and assisting:) I look forward to continuing the treatment!

Hands down best experience Ive had an optometrist office. So good I even learned something new about the health of my eyes that no other place has ever felt the need to inform me. Kathy Vu and both receptionists up front are super sweet. Dr Vu has made contact wearing way more comfortable for me by advising me to use refresh eye drops because I have dry eyes. Also I came in through sightbox. Although sightbox splits up the cost throughout a year you are still saving about a couple hundred just by getting an exam and purchasing a year supply outright. They also went out of the way to cancel my sightbox for me because my rx was too high. Really nice helpful people. I recommend anyone to come here. Its worth it.

What a great experience. For something as dreaded as going to the dentist, Dr. Ngo and his staff make it seem like a walk in the park. Right from when you enter the office, if the doctor is not busy with a patient, he will personally greet you and welcome you. Then during your appointment, Dr. Ngo will take the necessary time to thoroughly explain your options and the procedures, even for something as mundane as the "best" toothbrush to use. Also of note is that he personally tries on himself the procedures that he performs, before recommending them to his patients. Im currently waiting for his results from a whitening procedure + fluoride toothpaste before I try it myself.
