Horrible! This was our first time going to Legacy. I took my 15 year old son in for a cleaning. They took him back and I stayed in the waiting room. There was absolutely no communication to me about anything they were doing. When he was done they asked me to come into a small room and advised me that they were sending the billing girl in to talk to me about how I was going to pay to have my sons wisdom teeth pulled. I said I didnt even know he needed them pulled! Nobody had talked to me AT ALL in regards to ANYTHING. The girl was not very friendly and said "Well, he needs his wisdom teeth pulled." I again said that nobody has discussed any of this with me, this was the first I was hearing about it. She said, "If you dont want to talk to the billing girl about it then youre all done here." We were at the check out counter and the girl then said, "Oh, by the way, he doesnt have any cavities." Well, Im used to sitting down with the dentist or hygienist and having them explain the x-rays and discussing with me what needs to be done (if anything). The hygienist didnt introduce herself to me and I dont even know if my son was seen by the dentist??? I found Legacy Dental to be completely unprofessional. Not only that, but they did x-rays that were not included in the cleaning and not covered by my insurance so I ended up with a bill 3 months later. Nobody discussed that with me either. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Legacy Dental.

I went here because I had moved near their office. I told them about my experience at my previous dentist and how they told me I had periodontal disease that required a deep cleaning. They informed me that my gums where fine, that I had no signs of it. Then I moved again and tried another dentist closer to me after I had moved. They told me the same thing and tried to sell me on another deep clean which I declined. Now 6 months later Im back at Legacy and I still have no signs of it. I will never go anywhere else, even if I move to Timbukto. You guys and gals are the best. I Love Jaime shes a great dental assistant. Lindsay is the best tell her I said Hi when you call.

Ok, I have got to be one of the biggest chickens when it comes to dentistry being done on me. However, and this is huge for me to say, but I have found the dental practice that I will stay with for a very long time. From Jeremy answering the phones and being so nice to be considerate of my fears, to Cynthia being so awesomely nice and calming me down, and finally to Dr Core for being up front and very kind and caring. This place was amazing. They have my vote all the way!!!!!! I am healing well from the dental work I had done and they even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Super awesome! Thanks guys!!

This is my 2nd time going to Legacy for a root canal. I have some jacked up tight roots that twist and turn but Dr. Cora has been able to successfully complete both root canals with zero pain. Ive had some horror stories on the past to the point where I thought I needed sedation. Dr. Cora proved that wrong. He can even provide same day crowns. He also has a great relationship with his staff so it lets you know youre working with a practice that takes care of their people. Ill keep driving from Tempe because I know its worth it.

Hands down the most comfortable, painless, and dare I say even joyous dental experience of my life. Dr. Core is the one dentist I have gone to who has taken my fear of dentists away. His staff is beyond friendly and courteous. There are never surprises with billing and his quality of work is second to none. Take it from someone who neglected the dentist for many years due to fear and apprehension, Dr. Core and his staff are the best you will go to.

My first visit was amazing! Shianne is the sweetest dental assistant who took me back and made me feel at home. Dr. Brann did my cleaning and the service was outstanding! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and was not pushy in suggesting any extra services I might not really need. I am actually excited for my next visit! lol

Great Office Staff! They are friendly and put you at ease. Dr. Core helped me through all my dental anxieties. Let me tell you, there were many! My fear of dentistry was beyond! He is amazing, and has SOMEWHAT funny jokes to share as well! Modern office, latest technology, great staff and the most patient dentist!

The hygenist did a great job in cleaning my teeth. Doctor is so friendly and remembered me. They are very thorough... get in and get out... hardly any waiting!!! The appointments are schedule with everyone being on time and ready for patiences. I highly recommend Legacy Dental Group to everyone!!

Dr. Brann, Allyssa, and staff were awesome! As soon as I walked in they were super friendly and helpful. They explained everything and I got a goodie bag with Sensodyne. Even though I have crazy sensitive teeth, they did a great job making sure my treatment/cleaning was pain free!
