We love Dr. Sheppard and his staff. The atmosphere in the office is completely catered to kids. They have a large movie theater in the waiting room, including game consoles. Movie posters, and character cut outs are through the the building. Tvs are mounted to the ceilings so that kids can keep distracted while having their teeth cared for. At the end of the visit you get a small bag with teeth cleaning supplies and are given tokens to use the the small toy vending machines at checkout. Dr. Sheppard has one of the best bedside manners from any medical professional I have ever worked with. Hes personality is infections, and hes gentle when working on my son. His staff is always smiling and ensuring that my son is comfortable while he is here. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Sheppard and his staff to provide my sons dental care.

BE CAREFUL. They told me that my daughter needed a root canal and said she had 4 cavities. They also wanted to put her to sleep for the procedure. It sounded weird so we got another opinion and two dentist said she only had 2 cavities and when we got the two cavities done the doctor did it with no pain medication. Dr Sheppard was charging us for work not needed and wanted to put my daughter to sleep that cost $700. Not to mention she might have died from that medication. Question Dr? How did you pay for all the new Ipads and Apple computers and renovation to your building?

Dr. Sheppards office is awesome! I read his reviews of rateabiz and that gave me the confidence to call and have my 4 kids come in. His office is amazing for children. I mean who doesnt like gaming consoles and tvs everywhere you look, a movie theater, and the sweetest nicest staff imaginable!! Cant wait til or next apt! Each kid walked out with a crazy full goodie bag too they want to come back tomorrow thx Dr. Sheppard!

We came to Dr. Sheppards office from a super aggressive "corporate" run pediatric dentist and it was the best decision we have made for our kids dental health. You wont be disappointed. Dr Sheppard and his staff really made my Daughter and I feel very comfortable. The environment is very friendly the staff is super nice. My Daughter is very timid with strangers and Dr Sheppard really took his time to make her feel comfortable. Wish they did adults too!

Dr. Shephard has been seeing my kids for over 7 years and is an amazing dentist! My 9 year old daughter had medical problems that led to tooth decay when she was a toddler and Dr. Shephard took great care of her.
