The dentist who saw my mom is petty. She has been there before a few months ago for a tooth extraction, and today she went back for another one. All of a sudden this same dentist who did her first extraction says that he wont extract my moms tooth because she takes Alendronate (treats post menopausal Osteoporosis). She has been taking this medication for years, so she was already taking this medication the first time he extracted my moms tooth. It even says that on her chart. I spoke to a different dental office and told them what happened and I was told that for stuff like that they just have the patient sign a consent form. So Aspen is full of it. They want to act petty because my mom returned the dentures that they made for my mom, it didnt fit her right(took 3 months and several phone calls to finally get her refund back to her credit card) were they hoping she would forget about it and let them keep her money? She also had to cancel 2 appointments with them in the past. My mom also decided to go to another dentist that was closer to my house, its just that they dont do extractions. So Im not buying him saying he wont pull my moms tooth because she takes alendronate. Why not have her sign a consent form like the first time? He didnt see a problem then. Hes just full of it. Needless to say my mom wont be going there again, even if they were the only dentist in Goodyear. Just petty.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would! I arrived for my daughters and sons appointment because it was explained that they would have the same appointment time but they would be seen back to back. My son was ready for his appointment but my daughter had not arrived yet. The manager told me that she was not sure why both appointments were booked at the same time but my daughter needed to arrive soon because there was another patient scheduled soon. My son who is 9 was being seen by the hygienist and I told her he was not feeling well. She made a scene in front of him and said if he is sick I am not going to see him. At first I thought she was saying that for his safety, but she then added "I just got over being sick. She went to the manager and told her and she came back and said she is not going to see him either if he is sick. What a scene! My son later mentioned that he felt really uncomfortable and the stares did not help on our way out. I will be contacting my insurance company to have my family assigned to a new dentist office. Please keep in mind that I am not upset at the fact that they would not see my son, but rather with the way the situation was handled. So unprofessional and not kid friendly at all. Customer service is a thing of the past these days!

My wife and I brought our 95 year old aunt to Aspen Dental 15 minutes prior to her appointment time. at 9:30 am and signed in for a check up. She has been to Aspen Dental many times and always waited but not like this visit. 90 minutes later she was brought back. While waiting she had inquired 4 different times while noticing others who had arrived later be brought back. . Finally she was brought back to xray her 3 remaining teeth, she has lower partial and upper denture, for any cavities, etc. After being in the back room for less than 5 minutes the dentist gave her a referral to an oral surgeon to evaluate a bump as "he did not have the experience to evaluate" and when asked if it could be cancer he said "I hope not." He was very rude, condescending and unapologetic when we asked why she had to wait so long and was rush through when brought back. The charge was $160 for an xray and quick exam. We felt that was outrageous for having to wait 90 minutes and then not having a full exam. After we complained the office lady did reduce it to $88.80. We will not recommend Aspen Dental, especially with this dentist.

Staff was very Rude! Greeeted me with: "Why are you here at this time? Dont you know that we close in a half an hour? The scheduling people do this to us all the time!" This was before I could even say what my appoiontment was for. Then I was told to drop off my bottom plate anytime before 10:30 am and theyd have my broken tooth fixed by lunch. So I was there at 8:00 am and was then informed that I had to leave BOTH plates with them and they wouldnt have them done until 2:00 pm! They also wanted me to see the doctor and have x-rays, when ALL I needed is 1 broken tooth fixed on my bottom plate! After I was ready to walk out without getting my tooth fixed, they agreed to have it fixed before lunch (as promised before) and that I didnt need x-rays today. They did a beautiful job on my tooth! So, If you ONLY care about the work they do and NOT how youre treated as a person, Id say go here. Myself, Ill NEVER go back to them! Id been wrote up if Id ever treat a patient that way my work!

Before finding Aspen my husband had called 3 other local dental offices that said they took Emergency patients to be told sorry you will have to wait until the next day we are closed..... I generally dont give and excellent rating because I feel there is always room for improvement. However, in this case I give them 5*****! I went in at the close of business with an emergency dental accident and the staff was more than helpful. The dentist was able to temporarily glue the tooth until the next day when he could do a root canal and put a temp crown on. His assistant was very friendly and comforting! The front office, billing and back office made this visit a very good experience! I would HIGHLY recommend this office for any dental care that you may need. Thank You Aspen Dental! What could have been an ugly outcome you made pretty!!

Amazing experience! These ladies were awesome...answered my questions, walked me through the whole procedure of getting new dentures. When what I had saved was not enough for what I really wanted, the office manager went to the wall for me, finding financing that I didnt think I could qualify for! They were amazing, and didnt make me feel like the service I received was contingent on how much money I spent! I dont hear so well, and they were extremely good about repeating things, and even speaking a little louder. Im a VERY senior citizen, and I can honestly recommend this Aspen Dental, for anyone who finds getting good, quality affordable dental work a challenge!

The Staff was great. Very friendly and explained my treatment to me. I have spent a lot of money and time, at two other dentist office. Having upper and lower implants. Things just didnt work right. So after ten plus years of pure BS, I went to aspen dental, and in three short visits Iam as happy as a clam I finally found a great dentist and office. THANKS The other Bill
