My mom went in for an extraction of a wisdom tooth, but according to the woman in the front office, he will not extract it without a bone graft. The dentist did not say anything about a bone graft or whatever to her. She says this is what the dentist wants, and without it, he will not do the extraction. No one could explain to her what the bone graft was for or even what happens during a bone graft. The bone graft was about $50 bucks more expensive than the extraction itself. Theyre a bunch of con artist. They are trying to sell a totally unnecessary procedure.

My husband cracked his tooth on Saturday and we were told there would be no charge with his insurance. We get there, wait almost a hour, for absolutely nothing. This place is a joke. Horrible!!! I would give less stars, if possible.
