They referred my son out to a childrens office when they had an in office specialist. The dentist they sent us to does not even do the work they referred him for. So I waited in another office for 1 hour only to learn that 1. They dont see kids over 7. 2. That they do not take my insurance 3. they dont have an endodontist 4. They dont treat adult teeth. Goodyear Smiles called me 3x to verify my insurance which should have been the first red flag for me. Then all they did was xrays and the fastest sloppiest cleaning I have ever seen. Not only did they do it in a rush, but they made a point to make my son feel like he doesnt brush. His teeth lack calcium so he can brush all he wants and they will be see through. And when I asked them to suggest something to whiten them or help him, they sold us a paste and told us to leave it on ALL NIGHT. Luckily I read the instructions which say leave on for 3 minutes and ALWAYS use a tray. Did I mention they set up appointments on the wrong days, so we got a call we missed an appointment for the date it was not set for. When I asked for details I noticed that they set up 3 appointments for me for the same date and time and nothing for my daughter. This office was a complete waste of time. Even my insurance was confused why they did all of this non sense.

Very large facility. Did not wait long for my appointment once I arrived. Went in for a sore tooth they took x-rays and wrote me a prescription and sign me up for another appointment to have a tooth pulled. Surprisingly I did not have to pay a dime for my x-rays and consultation. Did not end up going to second appointment due to financial issues. Thought I would get a bill in the mail for my first appointment but did not. Im very thankful and I appreciate the services they provided me due to the fact that I am unemployed at the moment.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Had a really bad experience somewhere else and it turned me off from dentists in general, this place turned me back around again. Took my 9 year old autistic child into their office today and they were so perfect. Everyone from the friendly front desk, the knowledgeable firm but understanding technician, the awesome doctor, the professional hygenist... Wish I could add even more stars. A cleaning and two extractions in a about an hour. Will be our family dentist from now on!

Not thrilled with our experience. My son was in to have 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed . After being brought back to the room and getting seated for his procedure one doctor starts hooking up monitors, another oxygen and another putting in his iv. " How are you"? Was the extent of their communication. No explanation or warning just sits down and has three men doing three different things while joking with each other like we werent in the room. We felt very uncomfortable . Nurse and front desk were nice.

Have not been seen there this review is about trying to get them to see 100% service connected Veterans which are covered through the VA . But with the backlog we are authorized to see out of service Dentist that are on there vender list. To be put on the list is just a few back and forth calls to the dental clinic at the VA ...... That was too much to ask..... But they were Nice

I had such a good experience . I am afraid of the dentist so its always been hard to find a place where I feel comfortable! But this place is awesome ! Everyone was so nice ! Fast service ! Very clean! I got my wisdom teeth done.. Everything was perfect! I will be returning to get my braces done since I have gotten the wisdom teeth out of the way

Was in the first week of June to get bridge placed was in there for almost 2 hours with mouth open and in very cold room. Next day got very ill and following week was diagnosed with pnemonia. Not sure where it came from. If anyone on here has had same events. Please post.

I took my 8 year old daughter in for a check up. They took my money, gave my daughter an X-ray and was told that they didnt have the equipment to help a child. They should have been upfront from the start about them not being properly equipped for children.

Very professional, friendly, state-of-the-art & pleasant. They all are nice, prompt, and clear about everything thats going on. Dental visits are not a favorite for many, so they should be as easy as possible. Goodyear Smiles is the place to go.
