I moved around a fair amount in my life. Like most people, I chose my dentist based on proximity, convenience, and insurance. When I was younger, I didnt really pay too much attention to my "experience" at the dentist. I didnt know what to look for or what questions to ask when choosing a dentist. I didnt understand the differences between them. I didnt know what true high-quality dentistry was. Then I started hearing about Dr. Wolter and Millennium Dental Arts. They have a great reputation. I knew several people who were patients there, and they just raved about the dentist and his team. Although I live in Tempe, I decided to give them a try. Wow! What an eye-opening experience that was. From the minute I called to make my appointment with Christine, to the way I was greeted when I arrived by Cassidee, to the most thorough dental exam Ive ever had, to the explanation of everything they found, all the way to how I checked-out and made my next appointment, it was like nothing Id ever experienced before. The time they spent with me was incredible. I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Dr. Wolter builds trust and rapport from the moment he meets you. He and his staffs caring and competence are immediately apparent. When I got my teeth cleaned, it was another eye-opening experience. That was until I met Amy. She was extremely personal, very informative, gentle, thorough, and just a joy to meet. My teeth felt cleaner and smoother than ever before. She took a lot of time educating me about oral hygiene, and even explained how healthy gums are important for a healthy heart. I finally saw what makes some dental practices truly stand out from others: caring, personal, modern, high-tech, thorough, clean, punctual, professional, and on and on. I was so happy I found them, that I immediately scheduled a smile makeover. I had wanted to improve my smile since I was a teenager, but I never followed-through, mainly because I didnt find anyone I trusted completely, I didnt really know how to get started and what questions to ask, and I felt a little embarrassed talking about what I wanted to do. But, after just one visit at Millennium Dental Arts, I was completely ready to fulfill my long-time dream of a beautiful new smile. I had worn braces before and tried some bleaching, but my smile was dull and old, and it didnt represent how I felt about myself or the kind of energetic outgoing person I am. After a very thorough discussion about my options, we settled on porcelain veneers. My preparation appointment was very comfortable and easy. I understood exactly what was happening, I didnt feel anything at all, and I had complete faith in their abilities. Just ten days later my veneers were delivered in another painless visit. When I looked in the mirror for the first time, I couldnt believe the transformation! My teeth were even more gorgeous than I had imagined. I looked better than I did in my twenties. I definitely was smiling bigger and broader, and my confidence was through the roof! With tears in my eyes, I gave Dr. Wolter and Candra (his assistant) a big hug and told them that this was the best investment I had ever made in myself. It was worth driving all that way, passing hundreds of other dental offices along the way, to get my new smile done the right way. Its perfect, and I was ecstatic. Everyone I know says I look ten years younger, but no one can really tell its because I have a new smile. All my friends think Ive lost weight and had a facelift. My new smile looks so natural and young that it has completely enhanced my personality and self-esteem. I work with the public every day, and I smile more now than ever before. I just love it. If youre not a patient at Millennium Dental Arts, you really dont know what youre missing. It is a special place with special people. . Not only is their dentistry world-class, but their care and personal service is amazing. Ill be a patient of theirs forever, even if I move even further away. Im actually looking forward to my next visit. Theyre simply the best!

Millennium Dental Arts, a fitting name considering the confidence Ill now have for the next Millennium. Let me tell you a quick story. Coming out of high school and going into college I was told time after time that I had a beautiful smile, and *I think* they were right. I was thankful that good ole mom and dad forced those braces on to my awkward high school head, but flash forward to the end of college at some point, in an unknown event, my gorgeous smile had been betrayed in the night. I awoke one day, to find the most important and presentable part of my grill damaged. Over night and straight of out of Dumb and Dumber, my front tooth had a chip in it! How did this happen? was I grinding my teeth in stress while dreaming? Did I sleep walk and fight crime wearing a cape and cowl? Were my roommates playing a cruel joke with a sharpie? The rage, agony and defeat I felt that morning didnt compare to the years following where I had to figure out new ways to smile to hide this defect and eventually almost gave up smiling to avoid the feeling of embarrassment that came with it. My confidence had been shattered, a literal chink in my armor. However, as with any Fairy Tale prince, my most recent trip to Dr. Wolter and the rest of the amazing crew at MDA ended happily ever after! From the moment I walked in I felt at ease, with the calming sounds of the water feature easing my nerves and the friendly faces at the front desk. I am quickly and respectfully taken back to the dental room and the music keeps mind from faltering while leaving me feeling like I am in a high end spa instead of a dental office. After the most gentle and friendly hygienist ever, seriously... my mouth was treated with the care of a fragile puppy balancing a dozen eggs on its head, cleaned and prepped my mouth, the Dr. came in, demanded some great tunes to get to work (made me feel so comfortable) and patched up that chip in my tooth in no time. After blending the tooth back into a natural place, my smile was back baby! I left the place feeling like a Millennium... err a Million bucks! Everything about MDA is made to make going to the dentist as easy, comfortable and pain-free as possible. At the end of the visit Dr. Wolter even noticed something that was wrong with the insides of my two front teeth that no other dentist had noticed/pointed out before. That sort of care is what will make Millennium the place I come to for my pearly whites above all others. If you want to feel like true Dental Artists are working on your teeth and leave with the confidence to last a Millennia, then Millennium Dental Arts is the place to come! Thanks Millennium, it was worth the trip!

Look forward to going to the dentist? As crazy as that sounds, I do now! Millennium Dental Arts and Dr. Dan are so far beyond the norm where dental office visit expectations are concerned that it motivated me to write this review. As a professional entertainer I am constantly traveling. Some time ago I made a friend in Phoenix who told me about Dr. Dan. At the time I was in desperate need of some very serious dental work. Including full upper cosmetic and some serious re-working of my lower teeth, as my bite was way out of alignment. I was extremely hesitant to initiate the process because like so many others Ive had some pretty traumatic experiences with dentists in my past. Knowing that I couldnt put it off any longer and armed with the adamant reassurances of my friend I decided to make the call. The first thing I noticed when I was signing in was a book with Dr. Dan on the cover. I discovered that my soon-to-be dentist was a best-selling author that wrote books to help other dentists improve their skills. This was a good sign! The staff was extremely warm and friendly which went a long way toward putting me at ease. When I was called back and met Dr. Dan I found him to be very comfortable and easy going. I never once had the feeling that I was a walking wallet on a conveyor belt. After a thorough examination he went over the specifics of my condition in very clear and easy-to-understand terms. He actually gave me a number of options with regards to the course of my treatment which really surprised me because I came in with the impression that my options were so limited. In this process I also discovered that the debilitating migraines Id been suffering for years were most likely due to the fact that I was clenching and grinding my teeth in my sleep. A problem Im happy to report I no longer have. Suffice it to say, I would never even consider going anywhere else again! Thank you to all the wonderful people at Millennium Dental Arts!
