I went in for a tooth cleaning. They told me they had to do some "medically necessary work." Not being a dentist I trusted them. I told them that I absolutely could not pay for it unless insurance covered it. They assured me it did. I had them double check to be sure, again they assured me. I went home and researched what they were going to do. Finding online that it might not be medically necessary I called back to cancel my appointment. Dr. Warren got on the phone and assured me it absolutely had to be done. I went forward with the work. After it was all done, I found out they had not done their due diligence in talking to my insurance--it was not covered. I was able to scrape the money together to pay them. I was upset and paid in all $1 bills. When I went in to pay I was informed I was the third person to pay that way that day (shouldnt that tell you something?). I am seeing a new dentist now who I enjoy much more. He also told me what Dr. Warren told me was incorrect and the procedure was not medically necessary, just an up-sale. Never going back.

Ive been to the "chain" dentists and felt like it was nothing but a business transaction. They didnt care about me or the health of my teeth and mouth. It was frustrating when they sent me to the little finance office to discuss the terms of the amount I would owe. I walked out feeling bad about the health of my mouth and even worse about the debt that I would incur if I chose to follow through with all that they suggested should be done to my teeth. Choosing a non-chain privately owned dentists office was a good decision but choosing Dr. Warren was definitely the best choice I could have made. I was very comfortable right from the beginning and walked out of there feeling good about the health of my mouth and with plans of making him my dentist forever. I already told 2 others about my positive dental visit and plan to share with others as well. I am very pleased thus far and have future appointments set up.

No disrespect to Dentists and those in the oral health care business, but I do not enjoy going to the dentist. I skip teeth cleanings as often as possible and generally have healthy teeth. With this said, the staff at Warren DDS & Associates are incredible. They get you in, keep you informed. They dont try to sell you what isnt needed and I felt like a person. While I make no promises, I may keep my teeth cleaning appointments going forward. The courteous and friendly staff made a world of difference for my experience at the Dentist! If you generally dont enjoy going like me, but prefer to keep you own teeth, I recommend you try them out.

I have been going to Dr. Warren for years. He is a very compassionate and thorough dentist. He always goes the extra mile to explain the work he is doing and has always done great work. I chipped a tooth and he went into the office after hours and fixed it for me. I highly recommend him. The dental hygenists are all good also. I have gone to a few of them and they always do a great job. The front office is very friendly and they have always worked with me for billing and scheduling. Great office overall!

I used to hate going to the dentist. Especially having my teeth cleaned. Thats all changed since I go to Dr Warrens office and see my lovely Donna every six months. EVERYONE, and I mean everyone is wonderful.. From the minute you walk in the door to checking out, its a pleasure! I love Dr Warren to pieces, and today I saw Dr. Haggerman.
