My son who is 5 years old and has been diagnosed with the Austim Spectrum was in an accident at Day Care and broke his gum two ways. Desperate to get a Dentist to see my son, I arrived at TLC on FM 1960. TLC has a huge sign that reads, "Emergency Walk-ins Welcome." I briefed receptionist on the accident and his special needs. Dentist sent receptionist to tell me they could not see us because they were all booked. (Waiting room was empty) I asked the receptionist if I could wait to speak to the Dentist; maybe if she saw my son bleeding she would make an exception. Receptionist came back and told me the dentist did not want to talk to me.

On my visit to TLC Dental on FM 1960 for a regular check-up, the service was enjoyable. The receptionist are friendly and caring. For those of you who are impatient like me, there isnt a long wait either. I was quickly put into one of the treatment room. Also, for those of you who have children, the office has a special waiting room for children so they wont be bored filled with educational video games and whatnot. The Dentist is also an amiable person, she had a conversation with me throughout the whole procedure, which helped calm my nerves. Overall, compared to the service Ive received at other dental offices TLC has really good service.

My son is four going on five and went into his appointment like a champ. That didnt last too long though. The staff was more than patient and understanding of his needs, and lead us to a room full of toys and "distractions" where he could take his mind off of the pending x-ray. He calmed down and was soon able to get his teeth cleaned. Although he was too freaked out to get his x-ray, they were very accommodating and allowed us to come in another time.Will be back soon.

I went in with EMERGENCY before new years trying to get some work done. But understandably I was given an appointment for the 3rd. 30 min before my appointment, I was called to reschedule. As if Im not in pain. Already waited due to holiday and they wanted me to wait more!!! I recommend you visit friendly dental on Treaswig. Not much further, they DO TAKE WALK INS, AND DO SEE EMERGENCY patients!!

i came in this office needing a tooth extracted mind i was in severe pain the front desk were very understandable and friendly they helped me and took me right in i was so grateful for that the doctor was awesome she made me feel so comfortable she gave me the treatment i needed and i was so happy im glad i walked in this office i will for sure go back and get other work done.

Horrible staff and dentist. Never called me back. Was told they wouldnt work with me on payment even after I was denied care credit. They didnt care that I wad in pain and needed medical attention. Luckily I found a dentis who will spilt my payment up and the receptionist was nice and friendly unlike this ghetto place.

I scheduled a appointment for my son for 09/25/2015 @ 3pm. The office called me to confirm my appointment and when I showed up on Friday the place was closed. They have not called to apologize for wasting my time.
