We had been struggling to find a decent vet to properly care for our three Dobermans. The issue(s) was being overcharged, and for a lack of empathy / professionalism from a vet. We came across this place; it wasnt a long hourly drive, and the staff were very friendly. And thats the way it should be; I dont want a cranky person "caring" for my dog(s) in a stressful, or serious situation. We started coming here around October of 2014, and our three Dobermans checked out well with good health. Unfortunately, our oldest girl died about 2 weeks later from a heart attack. It was probably not preventable; I never knew Dobermans were so susceptible to heart problems. We were in a new environment, with new people, and we felt very vulnerable and lost as we held our girl. Dr. Jackson was very caring, and prayed for her; but most importantly closed it out with "In Jesus name, Amen". It didnt take away the awful pain, but it made it more comfortable to deal with, knowing we had incredible doctors and staff standing behind us. The bills do rack up, but its also because we have three dogs, and I dont mind paying for my babies, especially when its quality care and treatment they deserve. Dr. Leung and Dr. Jackson are very nice, and I cant thank them enough for being loving and devoted to all animals.

We have taken our cats to VCA Midpark for years and have always been treated very well. I dont know how someone can say that stuff about Dr. Jackson - he is the most kind and caring vet I have ever found. I just love him. He even refunded $300+ of our money for tests on our cat that had cancer because the tests didnt show anything. No other vet would do that. When we finally had to put our precious cat to sleep, Dr. Jackson had tears in his eyes. Sure, there are cheaper places to take your animals, but VCA has to charge more because they are a corporation, so its not the vets fault. Although, I agree, they should not turn animals away when they are really sick or dying and they should have more evening hours, they are still a good animal hospital with a friendly and caring staff. And I have known Dr. Jackson for years and he is very ethical, so before you put him down and say he was disciplined, find out the exact circumstances. Dont judge people unless you know the full story. I will continue to go there and trust Dr. Jackson. He has done well for me in the past.

Thank You to everyone at the VCA Midpark Animal Hospital, We took my sons dog Sandy there after two rounds in the Emergency Vet Hospital. Sandy had a sever case of parvo, and even though things did not look good everyone at VCA were very supportive and never gave up on Sandy. Well yesterday Sandy started to eat and drink again and today she woke up my son with lots of kisses. No matter how bad things were the NEVER gave up and between the VCA and animal ER all of you have saved Sandys life! We can never thank you enough. From the bottom of my heart Thank You again! I am extremely pleased and thankful for Dr. Wanner and all the staff at VCA Midpark! They are the best! I would highly recommend the VCA Midpark Animal Hospital if you want the comfort of knowing that you and your pet will be in the best of hands. For those complaints about their prices, you get what you pay for. There are a lot more expensive vet clinics out there that do not put in half the effort or time to ensure that you and your pet are provided with the best care. You will not be disappointed if you chose this vet clinic!

Dr. Jackson and the VCA Midpark Animal Hospital staff are very friendly and caring. Weve taken our dog there for over 3 years and love it. They are very thorough in explaining possible issues and suggesting necessary steps. Our dog is epileptic and Dr. Jackson has worked with us to get the right medicine combination and dosage. They are aware of our financial budget and give us a range of options based on need and price. We even get a discount because we adopted our dog from a shelter. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

Love the place, but noticed that because of their VCA franchise title, services are pricier than in many other hospitals. For example, we were scheduled to bring our cat for a teeth cleaning, and without blood work (we paid for it in advance), a quote came to 670$. It is very big amount for a routine teeth cleaning. We went to a different vet, and the bill was 203$. Unfortunately, this is a matter of basic economics, but triple price on such simple services caused us to go elsewhere.

Have been going to Dr. Kinscher for many years and absolutely lover her. She takes the time to answer any questions and I never feel rushed and she is so wonderful with our dogs. The vet techs are super and the front desk staff are always welcoming and provide appointment reminder phone calls. The entire staff was so compassionate when we had to put our last furbaby down - got a card signed by the entire staff.

This animal hospita is the best one to go to thay take care of u and your pets thay are nice and friendly to. Thay all so take of your pets when there sick thay took care of my long long time cat friend who I rescue from bad Bad home and I took care of her for the rest of her life until it it all cough up to her one day and sadly she passed away. So thats why I give then a 5 star rating.

Dr. Jackson has been my vet for many years and has always shown tenderness and compassion for both my pets (mostly cats) and myself. He is thorough yet gentle and genuinely loves the animals he treats. You just cannot fake that with an animal lover! His assistants are always fabulous also. Highly recommend!

I just adopted my dog from a shelter and I called about 6 vets and this was on a Saturday and all the vets said they were booked till Monday except VCA midpark animal hospital. Yes they were booked but knowing the condition of my dog they made room for me to come in! Love them!

We adopted a cat from here and he is great! The doctors and staff are nice and the facility is also very nice.
