DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. We prefer to drive 40 minutes to the south euclid location thats how much we hate dont like the parma one plus the south euclid they seem to really care about the pets. Now with my review about the Parma Banfield. We took our dog for his routine comprehensive exam for those your pet needs to be drop off , was the first time that my dog was going here after we move from chicago so I explain them multiple times that he gets a little nervous and anxious when something is new to him they said was OK and they would keep an eye on him. After they were done they call to let me know that my pup was ready and everything went fine and he behave (this was a lie) once again I ask how everything went when we got there and was told the same thing but when the vet tech came out with our dog I saw a big flesh red spot on his nose I ask right away what happened why he had that big of a scratch on his nose I was told my dog was banging the cage door trying to come out that he was crying and yelping I ask why they didnt told me about it when they call or why they didnt do something to try to stop him they said nothing what bothers me is they probably heard my puppy doing that for a good 10 to 15 minutes and they didnt check on him or even try to calm him I wasnt asking to sit with him and let him out because I understand is a pet hospital but to lie when they call and the little interest show . Oh took.over a week ans some antibiotic cream to cure it and my dog is traumatized he hates the vet now so thank you banfield for ruin it for us

Love everyone there except the newest vet. DR. Wells. If your dog is more than just a pet (working dog, therapy, service animal) dont go to her. For 1 she puts aside medical standards for her own personal bias. 2 does not listen to the patient (ask 3 x for a refill on my dogs shampoo and never got it). 3 she misses obvious things (my dog had a nasty smelling ear infection she never addresses and said she was fine during a wellness exam. Her ear smells horrid). 4. Does not discuss her findings (got home to see she marked a bunch of abnormal stuff on my dog but never once mentioned any of them to me including my dog was under weight even though she later stated on the phone my dog was healthy she just didnt like how much rib my dog showed. And that her teeth needed to be cleaned....) All the other staff and vets are fantastic and I have never had a problem (willing to drive 45min to this banfield vs the 5min to the medina location). They will take good care of your pet and any concerns you may have.

This is the second most caring office I have been to. I recently brought my cat in, suspicious that he had worms. It turned out to be calluses on his paws but their doctors were the first to show concern over his squinting eyes! I had been to two other vets beforehand and no one suggested to me that he could have had some kind of eye infection. Turns out he has ulcers on(or in, your preference) his eyes! My only complaint is that I dont like my pets being removed from the room for shots or testing. Im used to holding my pet/assisting with handling because I feel my pet is less stressed with me there versus alone with strangers.

This place is more than triple the price of most other veterinarians. Refilling a prescription for my cat was "Impossible" because they hadnt seen him in 3 months. I had surgery on my cats ear at a different vet for $200. Thats about what a check up costs at Banfield, apparently. They may be nice but theyre pushy to get you in because theyre all about the money and will nickel and dime you for all services. Its a ploy to get you on a " wellness plan" that basically leaves you paying $30-$60 a month for 2 years so you dont have to pay everything up front when your initial bill is over $500. I will never be going to this vet again.

These vets are absolutly terrible(only have one star because you cant put 0) Ive tried bringing my dog to 3 different vets at this office to find out what was wrong with his skin.paid thousands of dollars on pills food and tests on top of my wellness plan which was supposed to cover all that in the first place I come to find out from another vet and my own research its a food allergy which was fixed by grain free food

DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. So many reasons. Rude receptionists. Bad policies. Doctors change very often. Poor customer service. Wellness plan convenient but not much cheaper than regular vet. Corporate not willing to solve issues. Trouble getting prescription food and snacks.

Recommend this vet, handsdown. They are very attentive to your pet(s) and the staff is extraordinary. Stop by next time at Petsmart and check them out. Been taking my pets to see Dr. Labib for over 8 years now and wouldnt imagine taking them anywhere else.

Dr. Labib and the staff took amazing care of our dog who needed surgery. We were able to get scheduled very quickly. The facility is top notch and convenient. We were kept in the loop through every step and we knew our pup was in good hands!

While Im usually a supporter of local businesses the Banfield animal hospitals have always impressed me. They are kind, loving and intelligent care-givers. Their administrative staff will do anything they can to accommodate a busy schedule.

The worst place to take your pet. Had an appointment. Said there was a billing problem. Was willing to pay and then they didnt have room in the appointment book. Then they said they couldnt see her til billing was straightened out.

The personnel are very incompetent and they care nothing about animals
