Would give this no stars if it was possible. I brought my Siberian Husky/Wolf hybrid in on 11/16/15 to be groomed and get her annual shots. She hadnt been groomed in some time and her fur was overgrown. She also had a messy backside from going to the bathroom and it hitting the fur. I tried as well as I could to clean and cut the area before I dropped her off. I told the groomer I wanted her trimmed. She kept saying shave, and I said only her backside can be shaved. I repeatedly told her trim, not shave. I kept touching her back and saying “No shaving here”. She finally said trim so I let my dog go with her. Received a phone call hours later telling me that she was being difficult and could not finish the job. Also stated there would be no charge. When I picked her up, I paid the bill ($180.00) but they did not give me a receipt so I dont know if I was charged. I had to get back to work so I just left with her even though she was shaved. Called the same day before they closed to say I did not ask for her to be shaved. They seemed confused and eventually said they would check with the groomer and I would get a call back. As of this moment, they have not called. That was Monday and it is Friday. My dog had 3 layers of fur and looked like a white and black wolf. Her head, part of her neck, her chest, tail and 3 legs were not shaved. The shaving on her back is uneven. She was shaved so close around her private parts that it looked like she was cut but the groomer had already said that would happen because the blood was coming up to the skin? For 3 days she did nothing but look sad. She also looked like she was in pain when she walked. She also had loose stools for days afterwards because of the trauma. Last night was the first night she seemed to be herself. Why would I want to shave my dog when winter is coming? What I want to make sure that this does not happen to any other animal owner or their pet!!! I want is a form made that the customer must sign approving the shaving. Since it was verbal, it is not documented. They need a form that says if you want your animal shaved and where. It would also helped if they cared enough to call me back! I will never go back and tell everyone who sees my dog who did this to her and not to go there for grooming.

I have been taking my pets to Daniels Parkway Animal Hospital for the last few years and I tell everyone who will listen, go see Dr. Hendon! The first time I met him he sat right on the floor and talked to me about my dogs, waiting for them to feel comfortable enough to walk up to him. He was kind and gentle, they immediately took to him. When my boxer was taken to the emergency vet Dr. Hendons team called to check on her the next day immediately once the records were sent over, before I had even told them what happened. Dr. Hendon also gives his offices up to specialists once a week in order to make special care more easily available. (Side note: Dr. Ward, Dr. Sutton, and all the other wonderful people who make the drive to his office to provide that special care/treatment also deserve kudos and my special thanks for everything they did for me while my girl was receiving treatment). Not only is Dr. Hendon great, he also has a team of rockstars. Rainy was there for me when my boxer got sick and took care of me when it was time to put her down when Dr. Hendon was out of town. Recently she made a point to come out and say hi when shed heard I adopted a new family member. Marlin is also great! Hes always checking on the kids and greets them when they come in the door, even if hes busy. There is also Marni who works in grooming and would come out and greet my boxer even though she had never been groomed. She knew her name and her situation and genuinely cared about her wellbeing. All of them remember your pet, remember their personalities and their needs, and take the time to cater to them to make their already stressful visit as easy as possible. I constantly say the reason I cant move away is because I dont want to lose the support from them. Truly freaking awesome people who are in this field because they love animals. I feel like they care about your pets like they do their own.

I have been to this animal clinic 4 times, and finally became disgusted with their practices. The first two times I was taking in my cat for regular checkups, and each time it cost me 400 bucks just to get out of the door. Nothing fancey was done, just a 400.00 fee. The 3rd time was for a spaying of 2nd cat and shots. 400 bucks once again. 4th and last time, we had found a kitten that had been abandoned, and someone had run over the cats tail. It was dead material (I know how horrible this sounds, imagine how it looked and must have felt for kitty) so we took her in to have the dead material removed, and baby shots. WHAM!! 400 dollars. This last time I complained, because not only was it 400.00 dollars...again, but when looking at itemized bill, they had charged me for several services I know they had not performed. When I brought this to the receptionists attention, she simply rolled her eyes, and took the bill back and removed these charges. All in all, I will NEVER use this clinic again. We had only gone there because we had just moved to this area, and knew of no other vets close by. Since this time, we have used several other doctors, all much better and not unscrupulous in their practice. Plus, the fees we have been charged from other doctors are less than half-for same services! And the rating Google asked of me? (Poor to Fair) NOT Fair- POOR is the only rating I would give these shisters.

I have 3 cats and have been bringing 2 of them here for a year. My 3rd cat is just 12 weeks old. Everyone there is wonderful. Dr. Hendon and Cindy are amazing. They are extremely happy to see my cats and they always take their time to listen to my concerns. Ive never had to wait for an appointment. If I have an urgent matter(especially having a kitten) they will accommodate me immediately. They give my cats treats while they are there (so going to the vet isnt so bad) and even if I just bring in one cat they always send home 3 toys for all of the cats. I will never go to another vet!

Veterinary staff is neglectful and incompetent. If you care about your animal, go somewhere else. We were told that our cat was experiencing anxiety and given anti nausea medication for vomiting. After no improvement and a visit to an actual veterinarian, he has had a blocked foreign object in his stomach the whole time. He may die by the time he gets into surgery and it would not be the case had we gone somewhere else. Make the right choice

They were open right after hurricane irma hit taking care of all the animals! I dropped off injured squirrels and they took them in right away, as well as scanned a microchip on a lost dog we found as well. They offered us cold beverages while we were trying to find the owners during the hurricane and treated us very very nicely. These people truly care about all the animals that come through their door!
