Honestly dont deserve that star. Im not one to attack a business or anyone online actually but the experience I had with this place I feel it needs to be said. If it helps save even one companion Ill be grateful. My puppy got sick late evening on the sixth nothing serious at first just threw up twice and went back to her normal loving playful silly self fast-forward to the seventh and she has loss of appetite not too playful and stool is getting soft plus vomiting sure signs it was more than an upset stomach so I gave her many fluids some antibiotics and childrens Tylenol I did this because I had no money and could not get a vet to see her until I gathered it up next day we literally called places all the way to NC most were closed...she showed a great deal of improvement she was far from perfect but she was eating up playing and barking that following morning however my fiance and I were not taking any chances we was able to get the money up to have her checked and treated. We go they do parvo test and before even getting results back start giving her shots we were never told what exactly the shots were just that one was for nausea gives us three medications tell us to take her home do not give her meds till the following day do not feed her and no more giving water with syringe that we can offer her a teaspoon every hour if she wants to drink it and to call the next day for further instructions well after getting her back home she was pitiful she seemed much worse than before and as night grew on us we was unsure of her making it so I decided dehydration being a serious concern to start giving her fluids again she perks up a bit and finally moved around some and fell asleep with us next day we call for our instructions after giving her meds as told he says try baby food since shes not eating still so we do but this day she got even more awful symptoms was whining shivering constantly using bathroom which was black and liquid so the med that shes taking for her bowel movements obviously isnt helping nor is the nausea med cause she started vomiting again we call back theyre closed we leave voicemail and later that night when I think this is it this time for sure she managed to find enough strength to walk around and try to drink water on her own then she jumps up in the bed cuddling with me so here it is the 10th vet visit was on the 8th we wake up no calls from vet to help us with our concerns and here she is almost stiff mouth locked shut so we of course are in panic mode we call the vet again around11. 30 all they could say is oh hes not here yet so I call another and explain they were blown away when they heard me tell them they had never given her an iv or anything shes in the middle of telling me thats what she needs and if we want to try at this point it could be too late but shes willing to try best chances were for her to of had all this done when we first took her and bam right then and there in the middle of that call my poor baby takes her last breath and words cant tell you how awful of a time she had in her last few mins Ill spare you of the details and of course did this vet even bother to return our call no he didnt. I honestly think its because all we had was 230 some dollars on a vet card so therefore she wasnt given the proper treatment due to lack of funds Id of gladly paid any amount if this was told to me so to anyone reading this please do not take your companion to this vet find one that actually cares about the animals well being and not the money. If we had then there is a very good chance my love would still be here
