My dog was bleeding out of its butt and we called the veterinarian and asked if they could see him and they said if we made it there before 12 they would see him. So I am at work and I can not do anything and my girlfriend at home that just had a baby had to load up the newborn baby into her car plus our dog and she had less than 15 minutes to make it to the vet and she got there at 12:02 and the girl at the front desk said sorry we cant see him its past 12:00 so I guess well see you at 9:30 Monday morning. This is ridiculous this could be a life-or-death situation for my dog and she showed up two minutes late and they would not see him. its not that easy for my 125 pound girlfriend that just had a baby 2 weeks ago to load up a newborn baby and a 85 pound dog and get to the vet in 15 minutes. If this vet really cared about animals they wouldnt care about the 2 minutes past 12 and would have looked at him to make sure he was okay.

Best. Vet. Hospital. EVER. I cannot rave about this place enough. Our cat recently had to undergo an emergency hysterectomy, and for the four days she was in their care, she was treated with the utmost courtesy. Doctor Florida even made it a point to call us with updates to let us know how she was recovering, from both the surgery and from a serious infection, going above and beyond the call of duty. I cant say I hope to come here again right away (and my cat DEFINITELY doesnt) but it feels nice knowing that such a great place is so close.

A year ago, we adopted an older dog from PAWS. She has many emotional and physical issues from being abused and living in a hoarding situation. The doctors and staff have helped us so much in helping her adjust. We had many questions about how to best care for Haylee and they always gave us wondetful advice. They always spend a lot of time with us and are always friendly and accommodating. Their facility is very cheerful and clean. We highly recommend Swartz Creek Veterinary Hospital. My Bengal Samson has health issues off and on. Dr Pinkston has always been there. The staff is always friendly, and because it is a walk-in clinic, you can always get in. Even when the waiting room is full, the staff still gives your pet quality care without feeling rushed. The staff is helpful in explaining available options/needs for your pet so you are able to make the best choice. I appreciate their love, care, and knowledge of animals and will continue to take my cat and dog there. Thank you, SCVH!

Dr. Pinkston was great! I switched from another vet who Id taken my puppy to for months with no results. Dr. Pinkston knew right away what was wrong with her, and the great news is that shes all better now. He was gentle with her and it was obvious he cared about her.
