I am so thankful I found Commerce Village Vet! If you are looking for a place that WANTS you to be involved, ask questions, and takes your opinions seriously, this is the place for you. If you want your pet to receive excellent medical care as well as lots of love, this is the place for you! We saw Dr. Rutsey and could not have been happier! She listened to all of my rambling and answered all of my questions in detail. Our cat stayed over night, and it was Dr. Rutsey who called me the next morning to tell me how he was doing. I dropped him off in the morning, and the staff encouraged me to call and see how he was doing throughout the day. I was so impressed with the care that Tyler(our cat) and I received, that I swore I would write a review to make sure other people are pointed in the right direction! Not only was Dr. Rutsey fantastic, but the staff was lovely and incredibly caring as well! They take the time to do the job right, and I feel very confident recommending them to other pet parents! What a great place to have on our team!!

Prior to my recent experience with Commerce Village Veterinary Hospital, I would have rated them a 5. However, with my recent experience, I would rate them a 2. I consulted with 2 of the 3 vets regarding a condition with my dog and they both quickly recommended surgery. After getting a second opinion elsewhere, the condition she has is a virus and should resolve itself on its own. Surgical removal should not have been an option so immediately recommended and I should have been informed that this is a virus that will likely take its course. I hesitated to add this review, but I am so disappointed in what transpired especially after all of the emotional trauma and high costs I experienced from a dear dog of mine whom I lost to a brain tumor late last year.

Theyre super nice. Ive had a few issues in the past in regards to them not going over billing with me clearly and appearing incensitive but after an unexpected emergency situation I feel like things have changed. Regardless I couldnt imagine taking my dog anywhere else. They not only were booked solid but kindly listened to my situation multiple times and squeezed me in since my dog had been there in the past. While we are awaiting test details they did help give me some peace of mind and I really felt the concern for my dogs well being on this visit. Thank you again Dr Putt & Staff for your kindness and truly listening.

I love them, they are what all vets should aim for. I have an american bulldog who had a severe allergic reaction his face was so swollen his eyes were closed. It was so bad he devloped a huge abscess on his check that started draining in his neck. One vet told me my dog was going to die. I took my dog home the abscess ruptured so I took him here, they cleaned him up and told me that it was going to be a long healing process and gave me antibotics. My dog is doing great still healing but is 1000 times better. They called to check on him to make sure he wasnt getting worse! Thanks Soooo Much

An Exceptional Animal hospital from start to finish. Extemely knowledgable veterinarians who are thorough and compassionate. They make certain all questions are answered, and never rush clients. The staff is caring and it is quite easy to see they have a real passion for the their animal patients. Both owners and pets are made to feel very welcome in a clean well set up operation. i would, and have, highly recommended Dr. Putt and her staff. I am extremely picky about the care of my dogs, and have never been disappointed at Commerce Village Vet.

We unfortunately had to put our dog of 14 years down a few weeks ago. We had been unhappy with the past few vets we had used, so I called Commerce Village Vet and we took him there. They were incredibly nice and professional. Everyone in the office made a point of stopping what they were doing when we were walking out afterwards to say how sorry they were. They even sent a sympathy card signed by the whole office a few days later. Most caring vet I have been to, and we will continue to go there once we get another dog.

I am so impressed with the staff and vets at Commerce Village Veterinary. They see both of our cats and I really appreciate that they have separate rooms for dogs and cats. The facility is always clean and welcoming and the staff is excellent. They really care about my pets and take the time to answer questions and explore all options. I always feel like I am getting good value as well as care.

Dr. Putt is amazing. I took my dog in for routine shots and she was very friendly and helpful, the whole staff was actually. She did a complete examination and answered tons of questions I had. My dog loved the free treats of course. I was really impressed with how beautiful and clean the place was. Its like a home on the inside....beautiful.

Nice clean facilities, dedicated competent staff, always treated with respect and kindness here. I love the cat room! Best vet in the area. They even are administering my cats ear cleaner and medicine daily as she will not sit still for it when I attempt to do it. Commerce Village Vet truly does go above and beyond.

Excellent staff and vet. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond expected every time. My dog had infections and I received a call a few days after she was diagnosed to see how she was doing on the meds and answer questions. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Our 6 chihuahuas love Commerce Village Vet. They sing as soon as we pull into the driveway. They cant wait to get out of the car. All the staff love their jobs and the furry kids and it shows.
