Drs are ok, but the service has gone downhill a bit. It is too corporate feeling. not personal and they recently made some changes that makes it feel more cold. I like their monthly plans, but not the overall experience. Plus they seem to go through Drs a lot so you see different ones a lot. We are looking for a new vet.

This would not be my choice for a good vet. They are good for flea issues and other simple things but would not trust them for a more complex pet illness. They called me the next day to check on my pet and it was someone elses pet name and breed. The vet was nice but the receptionist girls were not.
