We received nothing but the upmost care and service from Dr. Sue and her staff at Best Friend Veterinary. We took our black lab to Dr. Sue for 7 years when we found out he had a rare type of pancreatic tumor. At this time, we were abroad and immediately traveled home. Dr. Sue did everything in her power to save our lab, but his condition was so rare and far along that nothing could be done. During his sickness Dr. Sue and her staff had him at the front desk on an IV so that everyone could love on him in his final days as we were trying to get home. They transported our lab back and forth to a Veterinary ER, which meant the world to us. Dr. Sues kind heartedness, service, and empathy were so helpful during a very difficult time. There is nothing anyone could have done to save our dog, but she and her staff did all they could in their power. I wish that we could say more amazing things about how Dr. Sue and her staff helped our family, but there will never be enough words. When we decided to get a new labrador later on, Dr. Sue wanted to be the first to look at him to make sure of his health. We now continue to take our labrador and cat to Best Friend, and will as long as we live near.

1. If the price changs from free for fixing up the grooming to charging some, call the customer. If the groomer Kim has a discussion about the grooming experience and they decide to charge for fixing it, call the customer beforehand that the terms have changed 2. When I asked to see the paoerwork for prior visit, Kelly said they dont keep it. Save paperwork on what was said that I signed. Groomer Kim said I signed for a mini groom, but actually I just recall filling out a new patient form, without anything filled out for services since she was unsure of sedation or what she would need to do to cut out mats, scissors or end up shaving. She said she would try scissors for she likes cats to have some hair for her to be crazy with. The mats were clipped, but no crazy with the hair. I explained that less hair is good for he loves the back porch but he gets hot. 3. Improve tone of voice and avoid arguments. 4. Not a good idea to accuse receptionist that she she shouldnt have said "we will fix grooming."

This place is amazing. My dog, Scout, needed emergency surgery to remove a foreign object from her stomach. I called late in the morning and they had me bring her in right away. Dr. Lesnicks was very compassionate and explained the treatment needed - patiently answering my long list of questions. Surgery was performed the same day. After surgery, Dr. Lesnicks called to give a full report - once again speaking with me at length to ensure all my questions were answered. The following morning I received a call from Dr. Grasso giving me an update on Scout. That evening when I went to pickup Scout, Dr. Grasso spent a great deal of time going over home care and patiently answering yet more questions. The next morning, I received another call from the office wanting to get an update on Scout. This is an amazing group of people that genuinely care about you and your pet(s).

Needless to say I am disappointed in this place. We have used them numerous times for boarding. This time when we picked up our little fur baby my husband noticed they took him out of a tiny cage. We paid for an indoor/outdoor run for 8 days. They claimed he was moved because he was being picked up. We paid for the whole day. If dogs could talk he probably was left in the tiny cave for the whole 8 days. Also, they lost his blanket we took for him because it had our scent on it. How could they lose it. It should go with him where ever he is. I question if they ever gave it to him. In a bag of his things, was a nasty dog bowl that looked as though they never washed it. Guess what, it was not his bowl. Whats wrong with this place? We entrust our babies with them and pay good money and this is how they treat our babies!! I would have given a Rating of 0 but it wasnt an option

Dr. Sue Mansour and Dr. Michelle Grasso make an awesome team!!! Dr. Sue and her staff are open 7 days a week and we can always be seen when we must have an appointment for our poodles. Cricket being older has recently developed several health issues and Dr. Grasso and Dr. Lesnick have worked very hard to give her the best care! If you are looking for an excellent vet visit Best Friend Vet you wont be disappointed!

Dr. Lesnick was wonderful! She is so nice, and was so attentive and good with our cat who had multiple bite wounds around the base of his tail and lower back from a cat fight with a neighborhood bully. I am really impressed with this vet office and especially Dr. Lesnick. Also, extremely reasonable price for their services. Definitely recommend this office!

Wonderful people who love our pets. They have a great lodge to board my dog and know she week be played with and loved while I am away on work trips. I have been traveling with my dog from Missouri, and I needed to board Lily one night while I was in Braselton. The staff was so kind and helpful. They were personable and even suggested things to do with my son. Lily was well taken care of and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

Boarded Animals for a week while on vacation. Both animals have been sick every since we came home. I have had to take them to another vetenarian for treatment.
