5 Stars because 100 is not an option. We moved to the area from Colorado and, at first, I wasnt keen on not having an appointment and the multiple vet scenario. However, I am now spoiled to be able to walk in their door whenever my furbabies need medical attention. This is not something you can always plan and the staff treats you as if they have been waiting on your arrival. The medical care is unparalleled regardless of which doctor. This morning I took my senior furbaby in as it was his time to journey across the rainbow bridge. Everyone at Murrayville has been working with me since February for his end of life plan, starting organically as possible in the beginning, and then to pharmaceuticals when it became necessary. As soon as I walked in the door this morning and they saw my tears, the staff immediately jumped into action, made me feel like the only person in the room and some of them even cried with me. It is very clear that the vets understand that the importance of their staff is equally as important as the doctors. They treated my baby with dignity and eased a little of my heart break. Mistoffolese "Moose" stole my heart the first time I saw him in a cardboard box. He made every day of my life for the last 14 years something special and I cant express what an important part of the family he has been. Thanks to Dr. White and her team, we gave Moose happiness, mobility and quality of life to his last day. For that, I will be forever grateful. They are angels in an hour of need. To the Murrayville team... Thank you so much for your love and compassion. I hope yall know how special you are xoxo

My family has been bringing our pets here since 1992. They are always warm, friendly and patient with the animals. They are the very best and I wouldnt dream of using anyone else as long as we live in the area for sick care. We do our shots at the Humane Society b/c they are cheaper. In fact the only negative thing I have to say about Murrayville Vets is they stopped doing pay plans some years ago and Im on a budget. But for the really important stuff, this is where I bring my fur babies. Ive even had the vet meet me at the office at midnight when my cat was very sick. Thats how dedicated and caring they are.

We had a rough experience having our 17 yr old pet euthanized. We went to a vet in Macon for nearly 40 years and euthanasia involved one injection in a vein and my pets would instantly pass away with no pain or fear. At this vet, it involved one large needle IV and two syringes of a pink drug. After the first syringe, my pet struggled in pain (Im sure the drug was burning his arm) and he struggled to breathe. He passed after half of the second syringe was administered. Thats not the way its supposed to work and Im so sorry my pet had to suffer. PLEASE dont let them use that method on your pet!

I called ahead to make an appointment for grooming for my two smaller, medium sized dogs. I specifically asked that they cut around their paw pads, in their ears, and for a sanitary groom. After they charged me $100 for the grooming, I got home and realized they had not trimmed any hair on either one of them, had not filed their nails, and had not taken them out after being there all day. They had gotten a bath and thats it. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Will be taking my business back to Rockhouse Groom & Board.

We have been using Murrayville vet and Dr White for over 25 years. Its the best vet around. Dr White and her staff are not only knowledgable but they truly care for your animals. I have had many animals over the years, many living long beyond their life expectancy. Im sure this is not only due to the care they have received but also the advice they have given me. I have and still do recommend them to all my friends and family❤

My family and I have taken all of our pets here for over a decade (many cats and several dogs) and have had nothing but great service. Sometimes proximity (were about 35 minutes away) dictates that we use a more local vet. Its always less convenient, less friendly, and more expensive. The other places service isnt bad, it just isnt as good as it is @ murrayville vet. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my dogs there for well over 10 years. I have never been disappointed. Regular visits, emergencies, grooming and boarding. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond. All of my dogs have been rescues and some needed extra care. No appointment necessary. I wouldnt take them anywhere else. They are the best.

I absolutely love Murrayville Vet. Ive taken my pets there since 2003+-. They are always so friendly and helpful...Vicky is my go-to for anything I need. Today, my lab injured herself and I was a mess (I thought her injury was far worse than what it was) and Dr. White was so cool about the whole situation. I wish I could take them with me when I move.

They are awesome. Took my 10 week old puppy in today because she had a tick and needed her next round of shots. I was a walk in and was seen right away. They had a solution to the ticks, gave her heartworm medicine, removed 2 ticks, and the vaccinations and we left with a decent bill. And everyone was so pleasant. This will be our vet.

I love this veterinary office. The doctors always listen and are thorough as well as aware of costs and open to suggestions. The office staff are always friendly and seem to enjoy themselves. I feel like I am the only client but when I watch, I remember this a fairly large and very active practice.

We love Dr. Hanson, Dr. White and Dr. Miller. My dog Koda loves going to the vet. They take good care of all my pets. (Snowy and Slick) The staff is also very nice. Vicki and Sharon are awesome. We have been Customers for about 5 years now and we would not go any where else.

I cannot say enough good things about Murrayville Vet. I have been taking animals to them for over 20 years and have always gotten good, honest, caring service from them. I do not live close to them anymore and drive well out of my way to take my animals to them for care.
