Forgive me for not knowing the Veterinarians names that are there, I have only used the clinic on 3 occasions. The Gentleman Vet was super personable and we really enjoyed seeing him our first visit. The second visit we saw the owner, a woman who was not personable at all. Each visit we took in 2 dogs for Rabies and HW tests only. Just thought she was having a bad day. We visited this past weekend with 4 dogs for rabies only. The first 2 visits the rabies were $10/each (this was only a few months ago) and Saturday they charged me $19/each. I tried to have a conversation with the receptionist who was not paying me the least bit of attention. The receptionist was not knowledgeable of the procedures, prices and when I asked if they could put one of my dogs in a kennel for less chaos I just got blank stares. We had complete control of our 4 little dogs in the waiting room and the Vet just kept saying to get us in a room; like we were causing problems. The Veterinarian was just plain rude to me, my 16 year old son, and to her staff while were there. You cannot do business that way. You are a care giver and you have to have compassion for people and their pets and respect budgets as well. Just disappointed. I am a foster home for rescue and I have seen many Veterinarians and never had such a bad experience.

My friends and I found an injured duck at the lake that was going to die if we did not help it. we were all just a bunch of broke college students, so we didnt have the money to take it to a vet. we called around to local veterinarians to ask if they would just help the duck because it was going to die. This was the only veterinarian office that would help. They also gave no charge! they were very nice to the duck and us even though we were very scared and worried and freaking out being difficult and they also showed us how to hold the duck so we could take him back and release him! All his friends were still at the park waiting for him and he was released perfectly. Very glad we found a vet that cares about animals and not just the money!

Worst costumer service ever !! The owner beyond disrespectful and insulting. They completely ruined my dogs haircut after being asked to come in and explain in detail exactly what I wanted for my dogs haircut. They took notes of everything I had requested then got my dog back looking completely different. There was never an apology coming from them. When I called asking to get my money back the owner was extremely disrespectful and rude and told me I needed to pay to get my dog fixed. Then went on to telling me that I needed to go and see someone else because apparently I have issues!! Really?? Thats the worst costumer service I have ever. Needless to say we wont be coming back to see this place.

Every time the past year this vet office comes up with ways to over charge. They make out that what is performed is under the normal check up and by the time they are done the cost has double. If you need money dont steal by making up and acting like you give a d****. We will not be back.... Beware folks... She must be hurting for money... She rude has F***!! as well. Why if you question why,,, she walks away.. if you ask to speak to her.. her answer (it will be 15 or 20 minutes) like her time is more important and that she really dont give a happy S***! Well know this miss vet. there are others willing to do the right thing. The past year has been a nightmare with the vet office.

The South Hall Veterinary Hospital gave our dog such great care! We are from Miami, Florida and evacuated due to Hurricane Irma after our dog had just had surgery. His wound was not looking well and we headed to the nearest veterinarian. Upon arriving to South Hall we were greeted by such a warm staff and veterinarian. Our dog was treated immediately with great care. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

We recently moved our dogs to South Hall Vet. I am very particular about who I allow to treat my pets and I have to say that I an extremely happy & impressed with Dr. Townsend & South Hall Vet. She has proven to be trustworthy because I know my dogs health is her first priority. Give them a try, I promise you wont regret it!

My puppy was diagnosed with Parvovirus about 6 months ago and I took him in to see Dr T. She did a AMAZING JOB saving my little man! Her and the staff are amazing and care for the animals as if they were there own!!!! I wouldnt recommend NOBODY ELSE but South Hall Veterinary!!!
