Morningside Animal Care is the best! I called from Germany as soon as I found out that my dog has been told to wait for 6 hours to get bite stitches from Russell Ridge Animal hospital. Morningside was quick to respond and took great care of my dog. Their staff is amazing!!! Samantha whom I spoke to over the phone was very helpful. She even gave me Jets vital signs and what medications he has been prescribed. Im so thankful for this facility and staff! Yall are amazing and may God bless you abundantly. Background of the story: My dog (Jet) was viciously attacked by another dog today at 9am. Jet (8yrsold) was protecting my dad and foxy (4lb pomeranian) from a pit bull that got loose in the neighborhood. When my Dad brought Jet to our Vet, that vet just looked at the bites and said that they are busy and to bring Jet back at 3pm. Jet had been bitten twice. One at the back of the ear and one at the neck area by a pitbull. I dont know why Russell Ridge didnt give my dog pain medication to alleviate Jets pain since Jet was already in their facility being looked at. The vet said to come back later which was a 6 hour wait! Which is crazy by the way because they had time to type up a report and how much it will cost for my dog to be treated. Jet is a dog but he is family. For someone to withhold pain medication for 6 hours when they can do something right then is cruelty.

The Best Vet!!! When I first walked in the office (did not have an appointment)I felt welcomed and was greeted by Dr Morris and her staff, Teresa and Kerry. The staff here truely are genuine and caring people. I recd a full tour of the facility and was very pleased. The staff at Morningside Animal Care Center were very caring, professional and knowledgeable when it came down to the health of my puppy. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything or to use any particular products. Dr Morris did a wonderful job in explaining all of my options regarding health maintenance, etc. Dr Morris and staff were very pleasant and humorous. The answered all of my questions and gave advice. All in all, I cant praise them enough. They are the best. Highly recommended. Will continue seeing Dr Morris and her wonderful staff!!

THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR PET I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the way all 3 of my animals have been treated by Dr. Morris. She has ALWAYS been there for me through EVERY one of my pet emergencies. For ANY one to say that Dr. Morris is in this only for the money is insane. Dr. Morris has gone OUT OF HER WAY to help me and my animals and I am VERY grateful and HIGHLY recommend her. THANK YOU Dr.Morris for ALWAYS helping me and my babies. I appreciate it more than youll EVER know. (and thanks for helping tiffanie in her final days when I was in a panic and had to work) May God Richly Bless you for all the kind things you do!

"A Vet with a heart My 12 year old Papillon had stopped eating and needed help, however it was the 4th of July. We left a message for Dr. Donna Morris and received a call back that evening. She and her wonderful staff called several times with updates and I now have back a 12 year old dog that is acting like a puppy. Dr. Morris always has a smile on her face and listens to you and your pet. She has worked tirelessly to solve any problem I have had over the years, from a severe flea infestation to surgery. I never have to wait and I know that everyone there cares. "

Outstanding service!!! I took my precious little peek Phoebe Today and we were treated with such warmth and professionalism. My baby was nervous and Teresa did a fantastic job at putting her at ease and playing with her. I really appreciated that. Dr. Morris was very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining what was the problem and informed me of preventive care. My partner and I were very satisfied and will take ALL our babies to Dr Morris and her wonderful team from now on. :)

Dr. Morris is amazing and so are any other staff. They are quick to love on your dogs and make you feel welcome. Dr. Morris is straight forward and quick to come up with solutions and understanding. Even when my little dachshund had a messed up back and I thought I was going to be told Id have to put her down, Dr. Morris didnt give up on her. Allie is doing great and can walk again because of Dr. Morris and her staff. I recommend her completely!!

Not a fan, the vet was very condescending. She made a comment about me giving my cat meow mix, "well, thats never good". I take good care of my cat, I could give him no food and let him be a stray. Will not be returning. By the way free first visit doesnt mean free, ended up paying $80 because of all the other tests they want to run on them and stuff they try to sell you.

Our 10 month old Sheltie, Spirit, lived in the quiet countryside before we got him. He is a bit nervous being in the urban world. Surprisingly, he was very comfortable at Morningside, even when the in-house kitten threatened him. Spirit gives Dr Morris a 5 paws rating. Note: He couldnt give a thumbs up, because he doesnt have thumbs.

The best vet for us! Dr. Morris and her staff are just wonderful! They are very caring and loving towards our 2 cats and dog. Dr. Morris never rushes you and will answer all questions very patiently. I feel I can ask her anything and she also returns phone calls very promptly. She is definitely the right vet for us!

The staff at Morningside are great! Not only did they explain what was wrong with my cat but they showed me under the microscope what was wrong with his ears. It only goes to show how much Dr. Hypolite cares about what he does. I feel extremely grateful to have meet them and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Group We started using Dr.Morris and Morningside primarily because of location. We quickly got to like everyone there and the service. They are flexible with appointments and do excellent work. They take care of all eight of our animals. We like them very much and reocmmend them highly.

Loving & Honest Morningside Animal Clinic is an incredible place to bring your dog or cat. Doc Morris & Teresa are so caring, you can tell they LOVE what they do. From the first time I met them, I felt like I knew them for years!!!!! They make you and your pet feel very at home!! We love them!!
