An outstanding clinic for pet needs. Dr. Kutchins is knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated. It is obvious that she has the animal concerns as a priority. She thoroughly explains her diagnosis and recommendations but listens to you and your questions. Your pet is treated with respect and dignity and kindness. Yet she doesnt sugarcoat a situation and will you an honest opinion. Her staff reflect her caring attitude and are competent and well trained. It is worth the 35 mile drive for me to go there even though there are many vets closer to me.

I have been a client with countryside for 12yrs I have 5 cats and 3 dogs !!! On Sunday I had to put my 5 yr old down from bleeding from rear and mouth. Now my 2 other dogs are having same symptoms. Countryside refused to help me in ANYWAY!! Even giving them my last $70 to my name to help me figur out if i can save my other 2 babies... Im outraged 12yrs of business and thats what u GET thanks countryside. BRING DR WISE BACK SHE WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE ME THIS WAY
