I called to reschedule my dentist appointment because no one answered the phone and the receptionist made me felt rushed on the phone and rudely hung out before I could ask any more questions. This is unacceptable especially when I am new to Einsteins dental. I called at 12:45pm on 03/14/2017. I believe her name was Shirley

I just called to ask if this dept take my insurance the woman at the front desk said no and hung up, she didnt inquire about asking someone else and she hung up while i was still talking to her the front desk need serious customer service education on how they treat patients on the phone.

We had minimal exposure to them. We were contacted by them, about updating our website. We decided that we didnt want to update it at this time. The Representative was very rude to us and called us Mediocre. Would give no stars, if we could. Wont recommend to anyone.
