I had to take the time out to put a review because I love Dentistry by Design. Ive never had a bad experience with them. They are friendly, personable, and professional. They discuss and explain everything thoroughly before proceeding forward with treatment. The thing that impressed me the most is when they treated my little daughter. Dr. Satashia is not a pediatric dentist but I decided to take my daughter to her anyway since Ive been going to this office for quite a number of years. What impressed me the most is that my 4 year old was NOT at all scared. Dr. Satashia introduced herself to my daughter and immediately cracked the worlds most corniest "Frozen" Anna/Elsa joke. Corny or not, she was instantly super cool in my daughters world. She showed her how to make the chair go up and down, forward and back, how the instruments/gadgets made noise when she turned them on...it got her attention for sure. Oh and when she turned the lights on, my daughter became a superstar :-) Who knew going to the dentist was this much fun! My daughter opened her mouth and did whatever she was asked to do...and she even got to hold the spit suction thing. She got to take home some goodies/toothbrush etc and picked something from the treasure box. Life was good :-) It was an awesome experience for her and of course, for me as well. I highly recommend all of the staff there! Love them!

This dental practice just keeps getting better and better. I have been so pleased with Dr. Satashias skillful and compassionate care of my teeth over the past decade; as if that is not enough, then additional partners came aboard and they are amazing as well. My teeth are soft, sensitive, slightly crooked, and riddled with old fillings from a childhood that was full of sweets but lax in strict dental hygiene - all factors which are no match for the expertise and tenacity of the staff in this practice. Dr. Mozaffari stayed very late on the day before a holiday just trying to get at some old dental work on one of my teeth and have it corrected - true dedication to her patient! The entire staff in this practice is delightful, like Mary the Office Manager, Rachel the Patient Coordinator, Cheryl and Pam the wonderful hygienists, and of course Cyndee the Dental Assistant who has been by my side through most of my dental-work tribulations; and now there is a new friend at my side on my most recent visits. I know there are many others who work hard to make this the best practice for their patients - and I am truly grateful for their efforts.

Ever since I was a kid, I was absolutely petrified of the dentist. The drills made my heart race, the chair intimidated me, and the dentists that I used to go to were either hit or miss. Then I discovered Dentistry by Design. This is what every dentist office should aspire to be. The hygienists, the dentists, everyone here is absolutely amazing. They handle you with care and if you, like me, are scared of the dentist, they really make you feel at ease. From the minute I walked through the doors, I have felt nothing but positive energy, positive vibes, it has been wonderful. It is also comforting to find an office of dentists that actually care about something more than how much money they can get out of you. Here that is secondary, your health and well being come first. There isnt a bad thing I can say about this place. They have amazing employees and they give great advice on making sure your mouth is as healthy and clean as can be. I highly recommend this dentist office and Im sure everyone else who goes here will feel the same way.

My name is Matthew, and I have not been to a dentist in 10 years. I chose Dentistry by Design after researching quite a few local practices online. My visit with Dr. Alexandra Mitelman was by far, the best dental experience I ever had. She and her lovely assistant treated me with kindness and respect, and did not in any way pass judgement on me and the condition of my smile. Dr. Mitelman was able to remove a decade of plague and tartar from my teeth and she polished them very well. I was and still am SHOCKED at how great my teeth look and feel. Her rates were extremely practical and affordable, as I do not have dental insurance. I would recommend Dentistry by Design to everyone. Dr. Mitelman may not know this one thing, as I cried about it already. Dr. Mitelman restored my self confidence again. For that, I am so unbelievably GRATEFUL. I would also like to say a big "Thank You" to the wonderful receptionist as well. She was unbelievably kind also.

Originally I visited her Warminster office ( Dentistry by Design) as an emergency patient for toothache. The tooth was treated previously with compound fillings by other dentist in Philadelphia. She found an abscess that I have had for sometime. She did the root canal and crowned the tooth last year. Since then I was fine but recently I had a fall that resulted broken front teeth. Again dental emergency !!. Dr. Satashia saw me on Saturday I called and immediately scheduled the root canal and fit me with temporary cap while I healed. Now I have a veneer and a crown and they look simply beautiful. My smile is now even better and natural looking. Dentist treated me with great patience and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures. She is super friendly, confident and very comforting. The staff team is very helpful and makes the experience both professional and as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to all !

Like many people out there, I am someone who would prefer not think about going to the Dentist.... Well, that got me into trouble!! Thanks to Dr Satashia and her staff, my teeth are in better shape, and they keep me coming to see them despite my fears....They will remind you of your appointment if you need that! They are non-judgemental, and the entire staff are well trained, respectful, and kind. Everyone , from the Front Desk Patient Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Office Managers and yes, the Doctors... answer all of my questions, and make sure that I am prepared for what will take place each visit, and also what my financial responsible will be, NO Surprises!!! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, and especially to those who have a fear of the Dentist!!

My husband suffered a series of strokes and is now in a wheelchair. He recently needed to have all his teeth extracted and new dentures made. We initially chose Dentistry by Design because they are in our neighborhood and had wheelchair accessibility, which we needed. Dr. Satashia and her staff have been so professional, helpful, courteous and compassionate in treating my husband that we will not be going anywhere else for his dental care. They have been extremely flexible and understanding with scheduling last minute appointments for several adjustments to his temporary dentures and have been very helpful in assisting with insurance issues. Everyone in the practice is pleasant to deal with and always ready to accommodate our needs.

I have been told for the last year by friends and family to go to Dentistry by Design but I had to change my insurance via work to be accepted. I am glad i did last fall. Dr. Mozaffari and all the staff from the front desk to the Dental Assistants make the whole process easier and more welcoming than others in my past. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, all while using state-of-the-art technology. The little things like watching TV in the dentist chair, to text alerts and appointment reminders, just make Dentistry by Design that much better. They will help you through the process. I dont enjoy cavities, but I do look forward to my next appointment! One little helpful tip: you can only enter the parking lot from Valley Road.
