I ordered my glasses last Friday I talked with Monic shes good with coustemer service but only one problem we are talked about Stanton optical they take to long to get the glasses too many days and the are the same: I ordered my glasses last Friday on September 2 and today is Friday September 9 and I still wait for my glasses. I drove all way to Tulare Ca. I get in and asked to one lady her name is Norma this lady is funny shes like play games: I not play games, I want my glasses right now no tomorrow, no Monday or Tuesday; any way is my last time I order my glasses in this place or drive from Visalia to Tulare heck no to this ugly town

I got my daughters contact lens exam here. Everything was great, but when my daughters fitting was going on the Drs was in a hurry to get rid of us. And they ask me if i want to buy my daughters lens there. HELL NO!!! NEVER WILL WE BE BACK HERE AGAIN.

Dr. Hom is very knowledgable and helpful. Nice manner with patients. The staff is nice and courtious. Have been coming here for years, will continue to return, would recommend to anyone with or without insurance. Was an enjoyable experience.

They dont take all insurances, always try to sell you more things you dont need & dont carry all the stuff needed for your glasses.
