The only nice people in this office are the two ladies who help you pick out and fit glasses frames. The ladies behind the desk are not pleasant at all and wont lift a finger to help anyone. They never call when they say they will and Ive waited weeks for orders that should take a few days max. Turns out the order got in on time but no one notified me and refused to look when I called in to ask. I had to physically go and make them check the cabinet. My experience with the optometrists was horrible. They switched my contact brand without notice and didnt believe me when I came back and said I was allergic to them. They refused to refund me until I refused to back down. I switched optometrists and gave the new one my old prescription from them and now it turns out that the fit is completely wrong and is constantly irritating my eyes. This bad service is not just limited to me. My mother was also treated extremely poorly. She needed cataract surgery and they recommended this lens that was twice the price of the regular lens and said shed be an excellent candidate for them. They didnt work as they said they would. She got a second opinion from our new optometrist and he was shocked they had recommended them because my mom was far from the excellent candidate they claimed she was. Do not go here! Go anywhere else. They cheat you out of your money and refuse to admit mistakes and problems.

This place is pleasant enough to get your eyes checked, but EVERY time Ive gone (and this is my last) I get a bill for an extra $25 or so for some charge that mysteriously wasnt accounted for at the time I was checked. I even asked as I left if everything was settled and they agreed it was, and yet the bill came. Also, they charge $90 for contacts I can get at less than half that price at 1-800-contacts. Lastly, they will only write prescriptions to last for one year, even though the optometrist has commented that my vision has been very consistent.

At my first appointment last month: Medical staff was very nice and informative. Surgery consultant was very helpful. However today the staff at the desk, medical help and the surgery consultant sub were all just extremely anxious to get my money and get rid of me. Very disappointing compared with my first visit last month.

Doctor barely (less then 4 min) saw me had his assistant do literally 95 percent of the work. Eye glasses shop took 5 days to even send out the order and its been 20 days and no glasses. One of the worst experiences at a doctors office Ive had in quite some time. I might add it took 2 months for an appointment.

I am thrilled with the service I received from every person in this office. From front desk to surgeon. Alex was super attentive and listened well as we did the necessary prelim tests for the surgeon. Im definitely switching from the other big eye place that treats you like cattle in and out.

Terrible customer services and patient treatment. I was shocked at the rude treatment I received. They messed up on my prescription, taking two tries to get it right, and were totally unapologetic about it. I would never go back there or recommend this center!

I saw Dr Horne here and my prescription was spot on. I have since gotten 3 pairs of glasses here and they are all great. Its nice to have someone sell you glasses that actually knows what theyre doing and not just trying to rack up charges.
