re: Pearl Vison in North Park Chicago I have been getting my glasses and contacts at this Pearl Vision for 20 years. As I have three children and ten grandchildren many of whom need glasses, the visits are frequent. Dr. Alex Marshall and his staff always provide excellent personalized care and provide for our needs promptly. When care is urgent, they always do their best to meet our needs. I went in after not having my eyes checked in YEARS! The doctor was very nice and took his time when doing the eye exam to make sure I wasnt being rushed and the lenses were on point. Also, when buying the glasses, they ended up giving me discounts they didnt have to. I didnt have optical insurance. I think they discounted the glasses because they really want to help people and make sure they can see OK at a reasonable price. This place has also been here for about 30 years, so that should tell you something by itself.

I needed a new pair of glasses so I came here. I had bought my old pair from Pearle Vision almost 10 years ago, so I figured the quality of their lenses must be pretty good. I was delighted from the start. Everyone was so nice. The eyeglass selection was top-notch and reasonably priced. Dr. Marshal is a consummate professional. Rarely do I meet someone as thorough and effective at his job. Mae and everyone out front were such a pleasure to work with as well. Go here. These guys are great!

They dont have as large of a selection as other locations; in particular the old town location not too terribly far away has a much larger selection of designer frames (hence the loss of one star) but otherwise the staff was friendly, attentive and professional. This rating is based solely off the retail side of the store, I had my eye exam done elsewhere.

absolutely the best! Dr. Marshal was the only one who finely gave me prescription glasses that I can use both far and near w/out problems. I wasted a lot of time and money at another place and was really desperate. He solved the problem. Than you very much!

Dr Marshall is absolutely incredible i will follow him if he moves to the moon the staff is very helpful and just a joy even my my 15 year old daughter likes him i wish i could give him 10 stars************
