Worst experience ever. I told them that I will go get some cash, which I did, and they attitude and behavior turned 180 degrees. It was ridiculous. They assumed that I didnt have money when I told them that I will be back, I could have just left and never came back, but I came back and paid them in cash. They were very narcissistic and thought they were "above" customers. I was alone and they also used that against me because they had like 5 people working there. Ridiculous service. I would not recommend.

Bad staff. Bad service. After eye exam made my son wait 2 months & then we went to pickup glasses theyre trying to give us wrong frame & on top of that forcing us to get a different one Asian staff couldnt communicate properly so they put a Spanish rude staff lady in front who was trying to act super smart & mean so we left glasses & 12 yrs son was so pissed off. Definitely so many other small but good places in neighbourhood but not this one

The optometrists at this facility are friendly and have a great bedside manner. They have a great selection of frames and contact lenses, and though the staff are not fashionistas by any sense of the term, they dont try to "upsell" you on anything and are instead available to answer any questions. This is my go-to place for eyecare now after being a lenscrafters customers for over twenty years!
