If I could give this place a 6 stars I would. This place is great. You might be saying to yourself, "A dentist office?" But just wait and youll see. I was first referred to this place my aunt and actually found out later on that my entire family goes to them. The staff are EXTREMELY efficient in everything. When I first scheduled my appointment, not only did I get a confirmation text, but a call from the leading dentist there. TALK ABOUT WOW! I hadnt even meet them yet and they were already taking care of me, reminding me to "come on in," and "well be ready for you." That was a great experience that Ive never had before! When I went there I was a little embarrassed because I hadnt been to the dentist in a while :( but they werent judgmental. They were actually really funny, joking with me about people who were in there 50+ who had never gone to the dentist before When I went the second time to get my first fillings they answered ALL of my questions (and I had a lot) because I wanted to know what the hell they were gonna do to my mouth The truth is, it was very fast and not painful at all! I mean a little pinch there, but the entire time I had to stop myself from going to sleep because it was actually relaxing. I would recommend this company to anyone! A cool part about them is that they can help you with plans, even if their outpatient company cant accept you because of credit (like me ) BUT THATS OKAY! They were fairly inexpensive and compared to how much it was going to cost me at another dentist office, I saved $400! WOW! Ive found a permanent dentist office with a wonderful staff.

I went there for a cleaning they took additional xrays, I asked if this is cover under my insurance before she started and was told yes. I later received an invoice for 125.00. and later a call from the dental office requesting for payment, I was told if I bring my previous xrays in from last dentist office the 125.00 will be waive. I didnt understand the concept since the xrays were already taken. When I asked about this Molly told me this bill is already 30 days past due, either I bring the xrays or pay. She later said have a good day and hung up before I could say anything else. Im very disappointed in the way this issue has been handle, and very disappointed in the long wait time i had to endured before my cleaning. This is an office I will never return to. Im very sorry I wasted my time.

After shopping around dentists in the area I came across Highlands Website. It was very informative and gave me an opportunity to meet the staff before I even set an appointment. At my initial consultation the girls at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and called me by name as I entered the door. Once my xrays were taken Dr. Bahrami came in and showed me everything that needed to be repaired. She was very thorough in her examination and funny as well. Melina discussed fees with me and we came up with a plan for next visit. I will have to say Amber the hygienist is probably the best one I have ever seen. She was gentle and thorough as well as educational. Anyone who wants quality dental care and great customer service call this office. I assure you it is not "all about the money"

BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! I have been looking for a dentist office that has it all. I always found one that either had a good staff and not so great dentist or a great dentist and not so great staff. This office has it all. From the time you walk in the door until you leave you are treated like you are one of a kind. These people truly care!! I thought that once I left they were done with me and that was it, but this staff remembered me even after I left. They called and checked on me and best of all they listened to what I said while I was there. I will be with Dr. Bahrami for life!!! Oh yeah, my children also loved her too, which makes it even better. Thank you highland family dentistry for taking such great care of me!!!!

My daughter had two fillings on 8/16 and has been in extensive pain for a week. Today I took her to a new dentist (emergency appointment because HIghlands phone was out and so was their email apparently) and was told her teeth should have never been filled and she needed root canals on both teeth. I called their office to discuss and was basically called a liar as well as my daughter. I spent $653.00 and now have to spend $3054.00 for two root canals and crowns. I 100% believe this practice should refund my money but they refused to do so. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting our attorney. I wouldnt recommend this office to ANYONE.

I generally dont like going to the dentist, but when I have to go, I love this place! The facilities are state of the art and new, the staff is friendly and patient (im a tooth pain wimp), and Dr. Bahrami is great. Scheduling has been easy, and I have never had to wait past my appointment time. They also offer a "whitening for life" program that is a good deal. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed. In regards to the review by Nichole, Im a Clark Howard type of guy, and I did shop around before going. I found their prices to be in line with other dentists in the area. I have paid more and got less in the past with other dentists.

My name is Angela Truelove and my daughter goes to the Dentist here and I would like to Thank Lisa for all her help this week. I needed to get my daughter an appointment because she needed a root canal this week because we are leaving for vacation and not only did she get me an appointment she made all the arrangements. She is an awesome customer service Rep and you do not find that very often in todays society most people do not care and will only do what they have to do but she went far beyond the call of duty.

If your looking for a great dentist, well this is the place!! I was beyond scared of what the dentist might have to do, but she was so caring, and gentle. I never knew she pulled my teeth, and never once did i feel where she had to cut them out. it was honestyl pain free.....The staff is just awesome as well, they are beyond caring and just amazing customer service.. I will never go anywhere else, Ever!!!!!! Love this place.....

They will not only fight cavities and gingivitis, but also the insurance company when they fail to pay out a proper claim. The best care I have ever received from any dental office, along with the best staff, keeps me coming back.

these people is all about the money so if you dont have much DONT GO THERE. they appare to be nice at first but if you dont take my word for it, you will see it after the first couple of visit. one star only for apparence
