So here is my story -- I had a traumatic experience with another dentist in Crossville. As a result, I have had high anxiety in regards to seeing a dentist. They have scared me to DEATH!!. I have been pretty good with taking care of my teeth but for some reason could not get over my fear of the denitst. That is until I went to see Dr. Rana. He is so kind hearted and gentle. You will be put to ease with his demeanour and that of his staff. His staff is very caring and friendly. They explained the whole procedure to me prior to starting. No pushy gimmicky stuff I have experienced at the other offices. Plus, his office doesnt feel like a regular dentist office. It has a very pleasant non sterile smell to it , yet is very clean and inviting. I am very sensitive to scents so that was a plus for me. He gave me a sedative for my root canal and crown procedure. I have had a horrific experience getting a root canal and this was just a breeze. No pain, AT ALL. I was so relaxed and comfortable the whole time, due to the sedation that I received, that I didnt even remember the procedure. Dr. Rana called me the same evening to check up on me. I cant remember the last time I was called to be checked upon by any doctor. I was so impressed by his level of care for his patients, that I decided to give him this review. I usually do not write reviews like this, but I was so happy with how I was treated by everyone, that I want all of you to know about my experience. So folks, if you are looking for a no judgement, competent, treat you like family and affordable dental office -- then this is your place. Trust me, you will not be dissapointed. I tell all my friends and family about them.

I FEEL LIKE IM THEIR HAPPIEST CUSTOMER!!! Before going to Cumberland Denistry I was afraid to smile , for my front tooth was chipped and so there was a big gap in the front of my mouth. Thanks this fantastic dentist and his well trained n very friendly staff i am now smiling all the time now. IN fact some of my friends and people ive see at church have asked me what is different about you and i tell them i got my teeth fixed and they said they did a great job where did u go and i am very happy to tell them where to call i feel like i could be a walking billboard and be glad to do it!!! I had 2 teeth that was chipped and Dr. was able to rebuild them both saving the teeth> I feel he is very knowledgable and yet he also told me there might be a chance i would need the tooth pulled but would try to save it He was experienced enough to be able to save it! Glad i did not listen to a couple of my friends and tell me to go across town to another one! They are now 2nd guess if they should have gone to him instead of where they went . Already got one person talked into calling him! One down several to go but im determined to work on them all!! Thanks FOR A JOB WELL DOWN! YOU ALL should be proud of the job you do there in the CROSSVILLE TN OFFICE!!!

I was at Dr. Manish Rana´s office today having 2 crowns and deep tissue cleaning and it could NOT have gone any better. From his staff, Wendy, and his assistant, Callie, to the cleaning technician, Diana. They were just over the top taking good care of me, making sure I was comfortable and pain free, which by the way I was. I am a difficult and unique patient and they just absolutely took best of care. Most compassionate and considerate. He has definitely changed a bad experiences into a very good one. I will continue going to him, no doubt about it! They monitored me with a blood pressure and a pulse ox meter. Very very good care. Thank you staff and Dr. Rana at Cumberland Dentistry!!! You are all the best! Dr. Rana even called me tonight to check on me, saying if I needed anything at all just to let him know. The best!!

I had a negative experience with another dentist in Crossville. So I haven been to a dentist for + 3 years. I took care or my teeth during that time but getting older old silver fillings tend to break down, so I needed help and needed to find a dentist I could feel comfortable with & trust. I searched for weeks, studying websites & asking questions. I kept coming back to DR. MANISH RANA at Cumberland Dentistry. Made an appointment and have had much work done & very happy with everthing. Dr. Rana is very caring & highly skilled, as is the whole staff. You really feel like they are happy to see you. ABSOLUTELY no reason to be nervous here. It is fun to go to your appointment. I sure made the right choice and would give 5 more stars. And also very happy with a very fair financial arrangements. HERE IS 5 MORE STARS - ☆☆☆☆☆

Called to several places around the area and Cumberland Dentistry had the best rates. Took over a month from the time I called to my actual first visit due to them being booked out. Now having gone I understand why they are busy - theyre great! Was very happy they offered a family insurance plan at a reasonable price. Hadnt been to a dentist in 7 years and was nervous on my first visit. Every staff member I encountered including Dr. Rana were extremely kind and made me feel at ease. I needed two fillings and got them done in one visit. Dr. Rana is very attentive in making sure that youre feeling no pain/pain that is minimal to you. I was impressed with his explaining what to expect post-procedure. I also felt that he listened to me and my concerns. I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

I have always had a major phobia of the dentist. Everything about a dental appointments absolutely terrifies me. So my two young sons and I decided to try Cumberland Dentistry. And we could not be any more pleased with EVERYTHING about this dentist office!!! They have the most amazing, sweet and supportive staff. And Dr. Rana is one of the most skillful and patient dentists that I have had the pleasure of meeting, and he also delivers one of the most unbelievable bedside manners that I have ever experienced (which, in my opinion, is just as important as their dentistry skills itself). I am literally unable to find a single negative thing to say about our entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

My experience at Cumberland Dentistry was wonderful! I had an exam and cleaning by the hygienist Diana. She was super sweet and thorough. During my exam I found out that I was going to have to have a few fillings (Ive never had to have any kind of work done). Dr. Rana explained the process and answered all questions to help relieve my worries and concerns. He was very gentle during the procedure, and kept me informed the entire time. All of the staff here is outstanding! Dr. Rana even offers an in house dental discount plan for people without insurance! I have found my forever dentist here at Cumberland Dentistry, I would recommend them to anyone searching for dental care!
