Horrible experience, sadly I did not get past the making the appointment process. The woman who answered the phone seemed offended because I ask if the doctor performed implants on a regular basis and approximately how many had he done before. She let out a Huh! followed by a reply that screamed" how dare you inquire about the qualification of our dentist. At that point Im thinking to myself, okay every place of business has one witch. I was wrong, there was at least 2 at this place. She transferred me to another woman who talked down to me after I asked a simple question. At that point, I was done. If they act like this over the phone and they have not even gotten my business yet, I can imagine how they would behave later. Also, I generally look at the behavior of front office people as a reflection of the doctor and the entire practice.

Fantastic work by an incredibly friendly staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable, which Id expect - what was unexpected and fantastic was how happy they are to share that knowledge. They thoroughly explained everything that was done to my teeth and provided home care tips specific to me. Cleaner teeth and a better informed brain... Cant ask for more than that!

Dont expect to be anywhere soon. OVER 2 hours just for a cleaning and they were almost completely empty. They try to do tons of extras even if all you want is a cleaning. Wouldnt recommend them if you was an efficient dentist.
