Upon first walking in, I saw the carpet desperately needed vacuumed. The aroma of what appears to be urine smacks you in the face, and will make you want to to vomit. If you are like me, you probably think that youre insane because no one else seems to smell it. After taking a minute adjusting and checking in, I went in back where there are not rooms, but open cubicles, and if a patient leans far enough in any direction, they can see everyone. Fortunately, that wasnt all. Just as I was beginning to plan my escape, The dental assistant struck up a conversation with me. She was friendly and caring. She was not only professional, but genuinely seemed to enjoy her work. The dentist himself is a dedicated worker, making each patient feel like they are the most important patient there, and if something should go wrong, even in the slightest, he is the kind of man to tell you up front. I was there for a root canal and crown and he worked diligently and delicately on my crumbling tooth until it was built new again. All the while, a movie was on the television directly in front of me taking my mind off of any potential pain, of which there was barely any. Nearby, I heard another young woman speaking with a child who was there for a visit and making her feel comfortable and making sure that she knew exactly what they were doing and why they needed to do it. She did not speak sternly, but rather like a more modernized Mary Poppins. The lovely women at the front desk were happy to guide me through any billing questions, and were more than willing to help me in my tough financial situation work out a billing plan of 3 payments rather than one lump sum up front. The only thing that I might improve about this place is the smell and waiting room carpet, other than that, I was extremely satisfied with my visit and plan to make them my regular dentist.

These folks are excellent! Everyone goes so far above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable that its amazing. The woman who works the front desk is chipper, and actually the reason I chose this place. She actually seemed to care about my wife and I. The dental assistants have great personalities, and seem to know their jobs very well. The dentist himself is very professional, extremely fast, and very efficient. And for the part no one likes, the billing. The little woman who does the billing is quite possibly the bubbliest and most emphatic person Ive ever met. She was able to set up a payment plan for the extensive dental work that my wife and I required. She never spoke down to us, or acted like we were a waste of their time because we didnt have a money tree growing in our back yard. I would recommend this dental facility to everyone, and honestly if you go anywhere else youre shorting yourself!

Money hungry - No doubt they are nice, but they will not let you walk out the door without a completely unnecessary mouth cancer screening. I am 33 and in perfect health with no dental issues and have never smoked in my life, but had to pay $50 for them to look at my mouth with a light?! Come on! They also were pushing fluoride treatments down my throat for another $28 "because Dr. Murphy will not allow his patients sub-par care." My ass! I was there for a simple cleaning and ended up being in the chair for over an hour and a half. Most of that time was spent being told how to brush my teeth, what treatment options I have, and why I needed them. None of my other dentists have ever been like this! I cant imagine what kind of treatments they would try to push onto someone who doesnt have "beautiful teeth!"

If I could give 0-stars, I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. My wife had invisalign at this location and had a terrible experience with the service of the staff. First, the original dentist left without giving notice to his clients. Second, the replacement dentist did a horrible job finishing up the invisalign that my wife decided to leave and pay the extra money to have another dentist finish the job. No one should leave the dentist crying because of terrible service, but this location succeeded in that.

Going to the dentist is Scary!!! This dental office is the exception. It starts with the office manager(Who was AWESOME!) all the way to the staff and the dentist herself. I was in soo much pain. They got me in right away, Helped me figure out payment options and took care of my teeth. I didnt even feel it when I got numbed. I am making this place my official dentist. LOVE Them!
