For years I have been terrorized by my dentists and dental hygienists. I have always been ashamed of my smile and have experienced horrible pain at the hands of dentists whose main concern was their own bottom line. I was pleasantly surprised when I was referred to Cloudland Dental. Within a couple of weeks I had a viable and very affordable treatment plan in place. Dr. Kang and her wonderful assistant made me feel comfortable and that my dental health and smile was their top priority. They remembered not only me, but important things about our conversations and always, always took the time to treat me right. My smile is better than ever and as long as they treat me right, they will have my business. From scheduling to management to Dr. Kang and her assistants, everyone single employee at the Crossville office has played a part in my satisfaction. You should all be so proud. Thank you all. 8 year old child for a baby route canal and crown they did not numb it and when he raised his hand to tell it was hurting she said oh you shouldnt be feeling that and continued to drill. After child yells in agony cause the root is now being drilled with no anastetic he gets told he is being too loud and the other clients dont want to hear him..so then with the child in pain and blood everywhere she refused to complete and quit halfway through and told nurse to get another dentist to finish 5days later..and child leaves in excruciating pain..we found another dentist in crossville and further more hired a lawyer..pittiful excuse for a family dentistry with a attitude to match the service

My experience with Dr. Kang was abysmal. She was most interested in selling me services that I plainly couldnt afford at this time and so they would have to wait. She curtly replied, "Well, Im just here to save your teeth. I dont know why youre here." To add icing on the cake, she had no interest in treating the large and painful boil on my gum. She offered an antibiotic I am allergice to (why she didnt read my chart is beyond me) and refused to even do a nerve block for the pain much less any pain medicatioin. Dr. Kangs level of professionalism is just between and used car salesman and the guy who sells people chicken for cock fighting.

From the very moment I entered the office, and Taelor initially welcomed me, the atmosphere at "Cloudland Dental" was very warm and had that "down home" feeling. It was very apparent of the professionalism that exists at this place of business. In other offices, it seems somewhat difficult at times to meld a genuine welcoming warm spirit with such high level articulation of being professional, but everyone who works there "Nails It"......and the Offices Mngr, Tammy, seems to be leading the charge......

I was looking for a kid friendly dentist, Im so glad we choose Cloudland Dental in Crossville. My children ages 8 and 10 love the faculty, they are so kind, friendly and professional. The awesome ladies that work there made my girls feel so comfortable. They are looking forward to their next visit! I would definitely recommend Cloudland Dental, especially if you have children. Cloudland recently offered free dental exams, cleaning and dental work for veterans and their spouses. They did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and filling a couple of cavities. They went out of their way to make veterans feel appreciated. The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional and fun to be around. Dr. Sharpe and crew are awesome. This is my second year coming to the vets day and would not hesitate to come again. Thank you Cloudland!

My daughter Amber works at Cloudland Dental and always speaks highly of the Doctors and coworkers. While I was visiting from Florida, I had the pleasure of stopping by and meeting everyone. The entire office was very welcoming. The waiting area was clean and the office is well managed. I can see why my daughter enjoys working with such a great group of people.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. I didnt have to wait long even though I was late for my appointment. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions and where very patient with me. I have very bad dental anxiety and they made me comfortable.

2 out of 3 appointments, I was called with in a couple days to switch times and even day in some cases. Either hire a better manager for scheduling or stick to what you schedule!!!
