Youve got to be kidding me, iLoveGold, Brian, HGARTHNAM, and rocketman! I agree with Jacquelyn. I had work done at this HORRIBLE PLACE back in August 2011, overpaid on my portion of the bill because the SO called claims specialist had NO idea what cost what and how much of that was my responsibility. She had to me overpay by 100.00 and now THESE ANIMALS are refusing to refund me my money. The insurance company settled their part of the claim back in September 2011, and its now January 2012 and their SO called PROFESSIONAL OFFICE CLERK is telling me that CORPORATE hasnt mailed the checks yet. CORPORATE mails refunds out once a month...HELL its been three and they still have reached the end of one single month to send me my refund....WHAT A F...ING JOKE THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS!!!! OH YEAH, THEY OVERCHARGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AS WELL. SO THEY ARE REQUESTING A REFUND AS WELL!!! I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO NO ONE, THEY ARE A JOKE AND A THIEF!!! i CANT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE TO KEEP PEOPLE FROM EXPERIENCING WHAT I HAVE OVER THE PAST THREE MONTHS! SO FOR THE ONES THAT READ THIS, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS DENTAL OFFICE...THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY....THEY ARE DESPERATE FOR MONEY. IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO GO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU PORTION OF THE VISIT WILL COST AND DONT PAY A DIME MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: - Easy to get an appointment. You can usually get in within a week. - Good new patient special. $69 for oral exam, x-rays, etc. Cons: - You dont see the same dentist every time. In my experience, the different dentists there have given me drastically different diagnoses and treatment recommendations (about a major procedure)! - They are not forthright about fees. I think they overcharge for services, try to persuade you that you need work done that you really dont need, and they dont tell you about other fees upfront. Overall: I would NEVER recommend this place. I only go because I have limited options with my insurance. I think they are a bunch of swindlers that take advantage of people. The moment you start asking questions, they start stuttering and contradicting themselves. If you must go here, watch your money CLOSELY! And ask questions about everything. They are not friendly, accommodating, or honest. Nor do I think they have the patients best interests in mind. The dental work is average and sufficient for basic needs.

This place is absolutely horrible!! The entire staff are nothing but crooks looking to scam you out of your money. I went there for a dental cleaning. The dentist who actually did the cleaning told me I had 2 cavities, then the "head" dentist guy came in for some reason, analyzed my teeth and then told me I had 6 cavities. I found this really hard to believe considering the fact that I had never had a cavity before, not to mention my teeth felt and looked just fine. But like an idiot, i decided to let them do the work. Probably 2 months after I got everything done, one of the fillings came out, and they absolutely refused to do anything about it. They wanted me to pay for the procedure all over again. The customer service is just terrible, whoever the receptionist is needs to find a new job, because dealing with people just isnt her forte. Honestly I believe that nothing was ever wrong with my teeth, but just wanted to be on the safe side. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAVE YOURSELF SOME PAIN AND MONEY BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I made an appointment for 8am Fri. morning. I canceled on Thurs afternoon a day before @ 3pm due to an emergency. The receptionist informs me that because I did not cancel within 24 hrs of my appt. I would be charged a $65.00 cancellation fee. I asked to speak with a manager and she comes back to the phone to apologize and says the policy has been modified since you are a new patient and you have never been to our office we will not charge you the $65.00 fee. Please call back to reschedule your appt. at a later date. Oh, by the way we hope everything is ok with your emergency. I havent even been to the office and they are trying to charge me a fee. They dont have to worry about me every coming to this office. Consider this a warning to anyone who is considering making an appt. at this location. Dont do it! Horrible customer service!

I agree with the past two reviews. I took my daughter there several years ago to have a tooth pulled. She had her permanent tooth coming in behind the baby tooth moving toward the roof of her mouth. At the time she was 16, so she and I agreed to pull the back tooth and then the baby tooth, then put in an implant. We decided this because other than this one tooth her teeth were beautiful. Instead this idiot pulled the baby tooth and then tried to guilt me and talk to me like a moron, about "oh well, now she will need braces". Which is what he wanted in the first place, but we were not there for what he wanted. He and his staff are crooked and belligerent. Stay away from this practice.

PLACE IS HORRIBLE. MY APPT WAS AT 10:30 AM I DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 4PM! THEY PUT ME BACK IN THE DENTAL AREA NUMB MY MOUTH AT 11AM AND KEPT LEAVING ETC SO I COULD NOT LEAVE. WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD. MY ENTIRE DAY WAS SHOT LUCKY ENOUGH I HAD SENSE TO TAKE OFF FOR THE DAY. THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE LIES. THEY OVER CHARGE ME FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED. I MEAN WTF LOOK IN MY MOUTH SEE THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETEED. I WILL FIGHT THIS UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK

This is the absolute worst place in the world. They are literally out to get your money however they can. They are bad people and are very unprofessional!!! Some body will eventually have the time to sue them. I found the dentist to be very ignorant of details. The staff is very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont go here ever if you dont want to be messed up by crooks. In my sad case, they kept charging my insurance without seeing me. So when they would see me the insurance would deny payments. I got tired and paid them off and these thieves reported me to the credit agencies

These people have the worst customer service and the WORST receptionist Ive ever heard. The girls have Mcdonald potential at best HORRIBLE practice I should have read the reviews 1st.
