The office staff is completely unorganized and rude. I have had two difrent cases where in one case they randomly called me up asking if I wanted to keep an appointment I never made or was told about. Another time I was called three hours prior to the time printed on my appointment card and told I was over 15 min late for my appointment and upon arriving and showing them my appointment card they gave me they didnt so much as say sorry for the mistake.

Kudos to Dr. Jackson and his staff, they are a great group of people, professional and friendly. I love that they operate on kids time and they make your child feel at ease about their dental visit.
