Awesome experience!!! I wanna thank everyone at Hiram Dental Group for making me feel like I was part of their little dental family and providing me with an incredible experience. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist, the assistant and the hygienist were amazing! I was treated like an individual and they actually care about your needs. The dentist and yes I mean the DENTIST actually came out to the lobby to greet me and she took her time to explain everything in detail. They have great payment options available and they work with you to meet your budget. Honestly, dentistry is expensive anywhere you go, but these people give you multiple options for treatment and financing to make sure your needs are taken care of. I needed a few crowns and the dentist recommended their in office crowns, but I could not afford those due to financial concerns so I opted for the lab made crowns. What was amazing was that she upgraded my crowns and ended up doing those in the office the same day and I walked out with permanent crowns and that too without charging anything extra to me. I was blown away by the care and concern shown! This is going to be my and my familys dental home forever!! Thank you Hiram Dental Group for such a wonderful experience!!

My wife and I had insurance and still walked out of there placing a $600 deposit with a monthly bill totaling around $250 a month and I still cant drink a cold glass of water without pain, and my wife had her teeth cleaned a little bit over two months ago and had other issues that were unresolved. So we decided to just get a second opinion in Hiram and the dentist clearly stated that her teeth needed a good cleaning and was very specific of the areas that need attention, not knowing she had been to a dentist a couple of months ago and had paid hundreds of dollars for that service. Now me myself after having my teeth cleaned and being x-rayed over 3 times with well over 40 images I can say Ive been back there over 5 times for issues still remaining after my initial visit. My thoughts are, there more concern about exceeding your little dental insurance coverage which is so little, by over diagnosing you with a bunch of small crap that the most well kept teeth would need, so the monthly locked in process can take over. I REALLY feel my wife and I was taken advantage of and didnt get no where near what we are paying for every month. Its clear my wife and I will not be returning there for any further services.

I went in for a new patient visit and was immediately steering in replacing missing teeth thats been missing for 55 years with a bridge . My real dissatisfaction was the many X-Rays taken because their software was not working properly or the hygienist did not know how to use it. I was also left laying in the chair for over two hours with no information as to what was going on. My bridge seems to fit good but the fitting and the install seemed very clumsy ,ie, dropping items and instruments. I did not like the fact that personnel would leave the room and come back without changing gloves before going back in my mouth. The person taking the X-ray would go from mouse to touching X-ray film with no cover on the mouse. There should be a fresh covering on both the mouse and handles on the overhead light before each patient. Lens on the overhead light was very dirty.

These people are awful and unprofessional. They did terrible work that I dont even think I needed, insisted I needed my crown replaced. I went ahead and let them do that, my tooth has been in pain ever since!! This was over a year ago! Oh, and by the way, they decide what you need done. For example, I want an implant and they insist on a bridge. They also hang up on you if they dont want to speak to you.

Broke my tooth on Sunday, called on Monday, and had a beautiful crown Tuesday. The staff was very pleasant. The dentist patiently answered my million questions of curiosity, made sure I was comfortable(as possible at a dental office) and explained everything with great detail. They offer great payment plans to make sure clients can get what they need while making it affordable.

Excellent customer service. No wait time. The dentist was thorough with an excellent bedside manner. They did not pressure me to buy extra services and everything was covered under my insurance. The office is clean and very modern. Staff was amazing. They will be my dentist office for a long time

My experience has been awful so far. I called in on Saturday for the doctor to call me since I have been in pain since my procedure and 5 days later still no call. Never experienced this pain before and Ive had many procedures done in the past elsewhere. Do take reviews into consideration.
